Rating & Review Keseluruhan Surestay Hotel By Best Western Model Town Amritsar

We had a great time at Sure Stay by Best Western. All the staff was very curteous, humble and polite. Rooms were well kept and bedding was very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of food options and made to order omelettes were available. Dharmendra singh and Pankaj made us feel special.

Very comfortable and clean. Front desk staff are friendly. Food in Restaurant is awesome.

Hotel charges you even for small requests like cutlery. I believe these kind of informations should be informed well in advance because this doesnt even shows up on their official website.

The property is close to sightseeing places. Based on my experience, if I visit Kathmandu again, I would stay at this property. I would also recommend this hotel to others.

Came at 4am on the 6th of August with my family, had a room pre booked. But we could not check in because the receptionist was so rude! When we turned up him and the security guard were both asleep. After waking him up he began taking photos of our passport on his personal phone (very unprofessional) and questioning us on the stamps. This man was clearly uneducated as he then began asking my dad why he didn’t have a Tanzanian stamp which me and my siblings did from the previous year (it was a holiday he didn’t come on) - completely irrelevant! After explaining this he kept on asking why he didn’t have this stamp as if my dad not coming on our family holiday last year with our mum had anything to do with him! Complete nonsense we couldn’t even get into our room and check in and had to find somewhere to stay at 4am. 0/10 do not recommend. I do not know the man’s name but he had a hand tattoo and short hair. I will be calling about a refund.

The shower is right above on the ceiling really inconvenient. Water kept going out of the shower. Stains on the bedsheet and pillow cover which is not strange but could have been better. Other then that it was good.

Great location. Not far from station Manager organised a taxi collection at the station. The driver came onto the train to.hrlp with our luggage! Excellent staff extremely helpful staff and manager. Lovely breakfast daily. Very good restaurant staff. Ate in the restaurant several times after long days of sightseeing. It was excellent food and delicious! Took a 10 minute Auto Rickshaw each day to Amritsar old town (and back) for our sightseeing and shopping - cost about 200Rupees (about £2! Each way) I would happily stay here again if I revisit Amritsar.

Located about 15 mins by Autorickshaw from.the old town and the Golden Trmplyhis is a jood base for exploring Amritsar. Before arrival i called and arranged a car to pick my brother and I up at Amritsar railway station. The driver had our coach and seat details and found us at our seats! The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Especially the young lady on reception and the restaurant staff. Breakfast had a great choice of foods and was good. We had dinner in the restaurant a few times and the food was excellent! Am Autorickshaw to tje old town by the Partition Museum was 200-150IR. So not costly!!

It’s a lovely hotel well situated fit the city centre and not far from the Wagah border. The food is great and the staff are very pleasant and friendly. My only observation is that you can get some noise from other guests in corridors and them moving furniture around in their rooms. I suppose it’s because of the concrete construction. Having said all of that, I would definitely stay here again Sadly there is no bar, but there is a stall just up the road (25 yards away) that sells wine and beer cheaply.

The reception staff are quite retentive. The breakfast staff, especially the pretty young girl, are soo kind and caring and attentive, they could not do anymore for you. The breakfast is yummy, a great selection of indian and western food, enjoyed having the indian breakfast. We walked everywhere from here, we walked 20kms a day through rubbish and the dusty streets. If u don't or can't walk you can get a tuk tuk or an ola or uber if u want. The room was clean, had a fridge, gave you coffee and tea and loads of free bottles of water. The toiletries and shower gel were a nice treat.the shower was nice. Nice full bath sheet towels. No bath mat and someones long black hair and dust on bedroom floor. We both hair short blonde hair, so not our hair.

Nice and helpful staff, clean room, good restaurent for dinning.

Rooms were not clean, there was water leakage in washroom which dint go right even after multiple complaints.

Very good location and friendly staff. Have good valet service to take care of the vehicle even though they dont have proper parking facilities. Overall its a 5 star
