to be honest, it was a bit crap not the hotel but the parking , they could clearly see that I was in a wheelchair but instead of offering the disabled parking out the front I was advised to park at the train station.. Even the General Manager who was parking in the disabled parking didn't offer it to me. it was not until I had to ask ... my company was a corporate client with 40 staff based in the UK , however we will now be using Premier inn or Ibis
