Rooms were lovely, and spacious. Nice and quiet space that is in the center of a lot of walkable attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, especially Maria!

Thoughtfully renovated, clean and well-located hotel with friendly staff. Room was small but arranged in a way so that it was quite comfortable. Lots of attention to detail in room and throughout hotel, including a surprisingly excellent breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay! All staff were lovely. Room was perfect for me. The location is perfectly central, putting you in close proximity to many tourist locations such as the Alcazar, the Cathedral, other churches, Plaza de Espana and America... etc etc. Everyday they fill your mini-bar with various drinks, completely for free! Only complaint is the AC system, which either blew too hot or too cold. Even putting it on automatic didn't really help... it would mainly blow cool air, even when the temperature in the room was below the one I had set. But that's not to say this was a big negative! The temperature was still tolerable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Breakfast service was impeccable—I've never felt so taken care of! Staff were also very helpful when it came to luggage storage before and after my stay.

Very comfortable elegant hotel in an excellent location. Near all the sights with quiet rooms. Rooms are small but nothing unusual for a big popular city. Staff are excellent!

On a three week trip to Spain this was my favorite hotel. Great location, excellent staff and very clean. I relied on a number of their recommendations for restaurants and activities and all were solid. They suggested a flamenco show, which I was not going to do on the visit, but I asked them to make a ticket reservation at a Flamenco Theater and it was a first rate experience.

Close by to everything with fantastic breakfast, welcoming staff and comfortable surroundings. Would thoroughly recommend.

Located central to a lot of attractions. Easy walk to River, dining (hotel has little bar attached), horse carriage tours out front, metro line across street. Cute rooms and helpful staff
