Rating & Review Keseluruhan Taos Motor Lodge

I would look elsewhere. My room had many bugs, the TV was completely disconnected, the coffee maker was dirty, it took 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower, and the second room floor above me sounded like they were having an exorcism all night.

Very nice new room, comfortable beds, Keurig coffee maker but needed de-escalating...the absolute worst part was the cable down .no TV! But going to give 15 percent off.,..not sure that is enough. Delish restaurant down the road..Big 5...sat outside..very good food. Oh one more thing better bring eye mask no black out curtains way too much light

The motel was very affordable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and accommodating.

Definitely not the hotel in the adds!!!

Great night sleep

Our toilet was not operational without assistance from me (had to dump water in the back to flush). Also, the coffee maker needed to be de-scaled for usage. The attendant offered us a 25% discount for our troubles but did not respond to calls or emails from Hotels.com for verification.

I never checked in for a 2 day stay. Told no TV - something about Apple Password. I want mt $133.00 deposit refunded as front desk said it would be with no problem. We Will See, WAITING.....

Taos Motor Lodge was a great place to stay with our St. Bernard. The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The room was clean, appeared newly rennovated, and was well-appointed. Excellent stay for the value. We'll definitely stay here again.

Properties shown in Expedia were not found as advertised. Extremely small, not an efficiency. No microwave, refrigerator extremely small. Bathroom more than half the size of the entire room. No table or nightstand on one side of bed. Only outside access to room. A/C loud and blew cold air across head of bed continuously. No hanging space.Limited space to open suitcases. Not at all as advertised.

They are still developing the hotel. Progress is good, and they tryin their best. Cudos to the staff for going out of their way when we asked for anything

The lit exit sign above the back door in the room was strange...had to put a bag over it to sleep.

Cute renovated motel. The woman working there was extremely accommodating and seemed to have a back up plan for every potential issue that popped up. I could tell she really cared about the establishment and it was reflected in how nice the stay was. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great hotel. Super updated and awesome furnishings, really cute. It was very quiet in our room. The amenities were overall good but we could have used a little more variety in the morning hot drinks, and the sink was a bit clogged. Nothing terrible. Overall a great experience. Would stay here again for sure.

Enjoyable stay at an affordable room near Taos. Pleasant and accommodating check-in. Floor could have used a mopping but it's hard to keep up with all the tourist traffic. Would absolutely stay here again.

Well done remodel of an older facility. Somewhat noisy as could really hear the people moving about upstairs.

Loved the room. Only downside was the tv's weren't working. Otherwise, great place to stay.

It looked to me like the lodge was in the middle of, or had recently completed an upgrade. Our room was in great shape though we never got the TV to work. That wasn't an issue, however, since we weren't there to watch TV! They'd just upgraded the locks on the door to use a PIN instead of key and that worked out very well. There were sufficient pillows, the bed was pretty comfortable, the shower pressure was good and the water was hot. Of note, the lodge is not "in" Taos so be prepared for a short-ish drive to get to downtown Taos if that's why you are visiting. The lodge is right next to the main road but wasn't overly noisy. The area felt safe and I noticed security cameras watching the parking lot. It isn't a big property and you might look twice at it but it was freshly painted, renovated, clean, and safe.
