O hotel é muito bem localizado, no bairro Miraflores, um dos principais bairros da cidade e tem tudo próximo, restaurantes, farmácias, informações turísticas, casas de câmbio e etc. Fomos muito bem atendidos no hotel, os funcionários muito solícitos e dispostos a ajudar. O quarto era muito bom, limpo e organizado. O café da manhã com várias opções doces e salgadas. De uma maneira geral o hotel atendeu à todas as expectativas. A única coisa que ficamos um pouco chateados foi que solicitamos se poderíamos antecipar o café da manhã no dia da nossa saída, pois teríamos que ir ao aeroporto antes do horário correto do café e nos informaram que somente para reservas feita com o hotel seria possível, como realizamos pela plataforma, não poderíamos antecipar.

Equipe muito atenciosa, hotel preocupado com a satisfação do cliente é localização maravilhosa! O senhor que atende no café da manhã e muito gentil, alegre e atencioso! Fiquei 11 dias lá e posso dizer que, sem dúvudas, irei me hospedar novamente lá!

Tudo ótimo exceto a lixeira do banheiro que é aberta e exala odores das fezes e deveria ser com tampa.

Staff were great, polite and helpful; the room clean and comfortable, I don’t give them a 5 stars because there is no A/C; good thing it wasn’t summer; but for winter or fall is good. The Wifi is in and off depending where you are. Breakfast and lunch were good; Location was great - In general good place to stay

Staffs are nice as long as decent breakfast.The location felt safe and walking distant to Kennedy's Park. However, the rooms could use some improvement— especially the beds and mattresses, which were noisy every move There was also some mold in the bathroom that needs attention.

The room wasn't like the pictures. Broken shelf under the sink and stuff in not great shape. Breakfast was great ant the location was pretty good.

Ultimately a clean room, friendly staff and a good experience. I will say that it can get quite noisy, especially if you are a light sleeper. Apart from that cleaners come in everyday and staff on reception at all times. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel was very lovely. It was very clean the elevator worked great and it was decently quiet. The breakfast was an incredible buffet with different options every morning and was self serve. The location was great and very walkable to everything. The only complaint is the wifi was sometimes in and out and a bit slower. Otherwise everything was great.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were very helpful. The hotel floor i was on had a renovation going on type feel to it, but I was only there for a few hours (check in around 10pm and left at 4am) so didn't really get a good look at it. I'd probably give it another try though.

The hotel is defintely dated - think 80's - however it has good bones and can be turned around into a little gem with a bit of care and investment. Currently it falls short of modern expectations, even though it has all the necessary ammenities and room features. I hope the owners put some TLC into rennovating it and brining it to the level it deserves to be at. Staff was curteous, breakfast was quite good.
