Le lit était la seule chose acceptable. La salle de bain, pas propre. Un trou dans le sol, sans bouchon pour la douche, ni rideaux. Des pantoufles usées pour prendre la douche. Pas de wifi, sauf au bar. Le petit dej, pouvre, triste... Ils méritent peut être 1 étoile. Dès vendredi je les demande pour la facture sans réussite.

Excellent cadre, facile a ce deplacer dans la ville. Personel tres professionel. Electricity et eau chaude a volonté, air conditioner. Merci pour le sejour.

Great bilingual staff with respectable amenities

I had a great stay. I was most impressed with the free pick up service to and from the airport. The staff especially Lionel at the front desk was very helpful. She assisted me with other services like getting a local sim card and was always welcoming with a big smile. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was a bit disappointing but it was complimentary. Overall I recommend Heaven hotel.

The personnel was very cordial and the hotel relatively clean for its standard. A bit noisy from the surroundings especially at night. May be they could fit in soundproofs and musquito nets at the windows.

Mon sejour a été plutôt profondément désagréable, surtout lorsque l'on se rend compte que le confort que l'on rencontre est très loin de la présentation. Côte information, c'était plutôt nul d'autant que lorsque nous nous sommes présenté au petit déjeuner à 10 heures du matin, il etait clos alors que nous n'avons été prévenus de rien au sujet des horaires à l'arrivée. Par ailleurs, mis à part le réceptionniste de nuit que nous avons trouvé à l'arrivée, les personnes en journée se sont montrées plutôt condescendantes au plus haut point.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel is still undergoing repairs and made my stay very uncomfortable. TV didn't work, bathroom incomplete and hotel room has little to no supplies. Outside view from the balcony is absolutely disgusting.

Had a very pleasant time here. Very friendly and organized staff. Breakfast buffet was great!! Good pricing. Will definitely be back…

Malgré la breveté du séjour, une seule nuit pour une famille de 8 personnes, nous avons profité d'un excellent accueil, nos souhaits ont tous été exaucé, la navette depuis l'aéroport très bien et un chauffeur nous a accompagné de nuit pour aller manger, petit déjeuner parfait. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement et ne manquerons pas d'y retourner à l'occasion lors de nos passages à Yaoundé
