Check ini tidak di terima sebelum jam 4 sore, kami tiba jam 12-1 siang. Sehingga kami tinggalkan koper di hotel dan pergi keliling kota. Kami kembali jam 10.30 malam, Pintu lobby hotel di kunci, harus masukkan nomor pin. Kami kebingungan dan kedinginan, tanpa ada notifikasi dari hotel di email maupun pembicaraan sebelumnya saat kami berusaha check in. Beruntung ada tamu yang lewat dan pintu terbuka, kalau tidak kami harus tidur di luar hotel dan kedinginan dengan suhu -7⁰c. Check in sangat buruk sekali

We were not able to check in at all due to missing reservation number in the email from Expedia. Tried to contact the property owner at the check-in date but did not get response after 1 hour. The phone number within the confirmation email did not work either. We had to find another hotel.

This self check in hotel is located in a quiet place. It is pretty new with modern style. We didn’t receive the reminder email one day before checking date, so didn’t know the front door access code. We waited until someone get out of the door so we can get in. When we finally get the door code, but had trouble to open the room door. Tried to call the property to get help, but the number provided is wrong. We called Expedia, and someone told us to push very hard at the door lock, we tried several times, and it turned out the door lock was broken and stucked. It took us about 2 hours to get inside the room. We requested to change a room with good condition door lock then. The new room was not prepared for 5 guests, and the headboard was very dusty. We did a little cleaning by ourselves and took the towels from previous rooms. If there wasn’t trouble with the door access, I would give the hotel higher rates.

日本人（日本語）のわかるフロントをおいてほしい

家族5人で宿泊してエキストラベッドもちゃんと入れて5人用の寝床を用意してもらえてました。外国ではなかなかそのようなサービスがなかったので、日本らしい素敵だと思いました。

立地条件もよく、ベッドは寝やすく、シャワー室も広くて良かったです。

ペットがギシギシいいすぎて寝つけませんでした。隣の部屋や階段の音がすごく聞こえて寝れませんでした。隣の部屋のトイレの音まで聞こえてきました。

家族で滞在しましたが、観光の拠点として素晴らしかったです。ネトフリも見れて良かったです。

ログインなど無人で難しいところもありましたが、全体的に清潔感があり良かったです。

宿泊施設は部屋がとても広く清潔感もありました。シャワーの水圧も強くて良かったです。車で行ったのですがコインパーキングが1番近くても5分程歩く、コンビニが近くに無いが残念ポイントでした。

きれい、シンプルで気軽なホテルとしては十分満足。 エントランスが入れなくなった点だけマイナス評価。

O atendimento para o checking é via tablet, bem como qualquer tipo de suporte que precise. Chegamos umas 15h numa neve e frio intenso e só nos deixaram entrar no quarto exatamente às 16h. O prédio é meio esquecido e os hóspedes fazem o que querem. É muito barulho e algazarra. Numa noite tivemos que descer para falar com o atendente do tablet e reclamar. Não há limpeza, recolhimento do lixo e nem troca de roupa de cama e banho, independente do tempo da hospedagem. O hotel é longe dos centros de entretenimento e compras, cerca de 30 min andando na neve. O quarto era confortável e grande e as camas também. Isso foi o que salvou.

Nice hotel and possible to leave luggage there before check in, though unattended. We found the beds very hard.

Great experience with a larger than expected room! Very clean and comfortable. The check in process is rather strange having to call the "front desk" and fill out our own forms was a bit of a process as well. Overall had a great time here though.

施設的にはオシャレで、寝具やシャワーも申し分ないです！ シャワーは天井からのシャワー、打たせ湯機能もあり、手元シャワーもあり、浴槽がなくても問題ないです。 ベッドの他にゆったりとしたソファもあり、家族5人でしたが、広々でした。 TVも壁掛けだったので、小さい子がいても、フロアが広くて良かったです！ コスパもよいです。 駐車場が3〜4分のところに有料でありましたが、提携やもう少し近いと、より嬉しいかなとおもいました。

ベッドの下から、スリッパが何個か出て来た。 おそらく、前泊者のでしょうか？ 数部屋まとめて予約したが、１つの部屋にペットボトルの水がなかった。 でも、居心地も良く、ゆっくりできたのでよかった。

ファミリー部屋に3泊しました。素泊り派には部屋も広くオシャレで札幌駅からも近く、道路を挟んだ向かいが北大なので緑もあり、静かで快適でした。ホテル並みのサービスはなく、電子鍵のトラブルはありましたが、スカイプのサポートで解決しました
