My husband and I stayed here during the total solar eclipse and loved 46Heima! This place is just off of the rainbow road, with a 1-15 minute walk to almost anywhere that you would want to eat or shop. We stayed in the superior studio which even had a small balcony. 😲 As the area is so popular and people are out very late most nights, I do recommend using the earplugs provided by the host, especially while windows are open to stay cool in the summer. 😉 We plan to return to this great place the next time we are in Reykjavik!
