Fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel.

The whole hotel is gorgeous. Our room was beautifully decorated with a lovely view. The grounds are spectacular. The lobby was fabulous- lots of seating, live music and games to borrow. There was even a skating oval with skates to borrrow. The restaurant was lovely and the service and food excellent. We definitely want to go back!

The stay at Le Germain was excellent, the staff also very helpful and friendly. Great restaurant on site.

This is the loveliest larger hotel in Charlevoix for sure! It is mid-century style with a quality yet simple elegance. Very comfortable to enjoy the outdoors and hotel public spaces as well as the extremely well appointed rooms. Both re"Route des Saveurs" area- a family can still enjoy a delicious evening pizza meal. The spa was our favorite activity during the cold weather- 3 separate outdoor hot/cold spas, a eucalyptus steam room and, sauna and ice bath inside- incredibly relaxing way to spend an hour or two and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and we plan on returning with family!staurants are top-notch but not overpriced for this

On m’a mentionné que si je n’avais pas réservé avec Expedia et plutôt réservé avec l’hôtel directement, considérant que l’hôtel n’était pas plein, j’aurais eu un surclassement au lieu d’être à l’autre bout de l’hôtel face au stationnement. On m’a ensuite indiqué que si je payais 60$ pour avoir accès au spa je pouvais y accéder durant tout mon séjour et lorsque je suis arrivé au spa on m’a indiqué que c’était faux, que je pouvais simplement y aller une fois.

We enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and overall service. Our main disappointment was the spa. One young man was handling check in, towels, resos, there was no explanation as to how to use the facility/lockers, no tour, etc. He needed help! Hire some more staff! $172!!!

Magnifique! Lit ultra confortable, cafetière Nespresso, vu sur la ferme et le lever de soleil ainsi qu’un délicieux petit déjeuner buffet. J’adore cet hôtel!

Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix has become our new favourite - a beautiful hotel for a relaxing week in Charlevoix. Extremely well appointed, comfortable rooms, beautiful setting, excellent staff, great food and drink, exceptional amenities. We will be back!
