I’m impressed by their staff! Dedicated team members! They take care of your requests like a second! The hotel is the cleanest room I ever seen in Hakone. It’s next to Hyatt Regency and Hakone 白檀！We will definitely come back to this hotel next time! The hotel also has the free shuttle and taking you to anywheres!

Service is awesome. Provide shuttle services to train station. They have great vegetarian for breakfast and dinner but need to let them know in advance. Provide drinks and snacks in the evening. Love the room and onsen.

Excellent all around

Everyone was so nice and polite and truly felt like an extraordinary experience. Onsen was truly magical and charming. View of the mountains was breath taking. Recommend longer stays next time instead of one night. Will visit again. Until next time.
