Chambre correcte

J'avais réservé une chambre pour quatre nuits pour un employé en déplacement professionnel en provenance du Nouveau-Brunswick. Les photos et les avis laissaient croire à un établissement de qualité, mais la réalité a été tout autre. À son arrivée vers 22 h, la chambre était inhabitable : elle avait été inondée, le plancher flottait et de l'eau s'écoulait sous le lavabo. À la réception, on lui a simplement indiqué qu'aucune autre chambre n'était disponible. L'hôtel l'a finalement relogé dans une chambre minuscule et insalubre : draps jaunis et tachés, câbles sortant des murs, une fissure importante dans la porte laissant entrer la lumière toute la nuit et un espace si restreint qu'il s'est blessé les jambes à plusieurs reprises sur le cadre du lit. Les photos affichées sur le site ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité. Nous avons d'ailleurs plusieurs photos prises sur place pour le démontrer. Le lendemain, mon employé a quitté l'hôtel avec sa valise et nous avons demandé un remboursement. Malgré plusieurs tentatives, l'hôtel n'a jamais répondu. Expedia a effectué plusieurs suivis et, après cinq jours, l'établissement a finalement refusé le remboursement complet des quatre nuitées, sans fournir la moindre explication. Une expérience totalement inacceptable. Je remercie Expedia pour son soutien, mais je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

Perfect location. We went to comedy fest which was a 2 minute walk to all the venues. So many places to eat right there. 15 minute walk to the harbor. 5 minutes to old montreal. The double room was spacious with a mini fridge and a large smart tv. Air conditioner in room worked well. No coffee makers, but the staff had coffee in the lobby with some muffins in the morning. All doors are opened with a code, no keys to keep track of. Our room was fairly quiet with the air conditioner running we didn't hear any noise. Rooms are a little rough around the edges but did the job. Our bed was sunken in the middle so for two of us it was harder to sleep in. There is no parking so there is an underground ( umac) that is a 5 minute walk and cost me $51 from Friday 7 am till Sunday 11 am. We were there for 2 days with no trouble. We will stay again next time we are in that neighborhood.

The AC was soo noisy we couldn’t sleep . Our room was facing the street , soo busy . Other than that, room clean , staffs so friendly

This is a cheap hotel close to the town centre. Noisy at night and the street life can be rough. Great option if you need to save money and sleep well.

As a solo travelor, the room was perfect size, very comfortable bed, and spotless bathroom. Don't be put off by the entry and lack of a normal sized hotel lobby. And be sure to get a room with private bath (not shared bath unless you really can't afford a few dollars more) which is still cheaper than most other nearby hotels. You can park your car for $26 US/day accross the street and just walk everywhere from this very central spot -- Old Montreal, arts, festivals, boardwalk, even Mount Royal. Highly recommend the Cirque du Soleil on the pier! You will notice a lot of homeless all around the city, including near the hotel, which is truly sad but not threatening.

Excellente for the price

This is a hotel to avoid. After staying at this hotel, I believe that the reviews are probably AI generated. This hotel is not clean, not comfortable, not the best location and the staff is so-so at best. We were so disgusted with the whole thing, we left a day early. We took 2 rooms. The linen in my son’s room had not been changed. The staff asked if they took pictures of it, but relented and gave them new sheets. The duvets in both rooms were stained. The beds themselves were awful, mine dipped in the middle. We asked for another towel – 1 per person and again we got it begrudgingly. The owners have stopped maintaining the rooms and things that were broken were left that way. The pictures of the rooms on the internet are wonderful, but the rooms are actually smaller than appear and dingier. The A/C does not get the room cold and is very noisy. The curtains cover the A/C unit and I had to tie them up to get privacy and some air. Last but not least – the location. The hotel is just a block or two from the main tourist street. But a needle return, drug clinic is across the street and many unfortunate people are in the neighborhood. We did not feel completely safe.

L’endroit est très bien situé. C’est parfait pour une nuit après un spectacle au Mtelus, qui est la porte juste à côté. La chambre était propre et le personnel accueillant. Bémol: il n’y avait que deux serviettes pour le corps dans la salle de bain. Pas de serviette à main, ni de débarbouillette. Le rideau de douche n’était clairement pas fait pour la douche en question et de l’eau coulait un peu partout.

We used this hotel for an overnight to attend a MLS away game and support our team. It was just what we needed. Thank you!

Tres bien centré , pres quatier des spectacles,china town et le village. Climatisation faible

Boa localização (menos de 2 quadras do metrô Saint-Laurent). Boas acomodações. Atendentes gentis. A Rua Santa Catarina se torna um calçadão na região da Place das Arts, agradável pra caminhar, com lojas, cafés, restaurantes, área segura. A 2 quadras tem o complexo Desjardin, parece um shopping e tem um mercado IGA Marché, excelente. Acesso também ao RESO, a cidade subterrânea. É possível ir caminhando a Old Montreal, Basilica de Notre Dame, região do porto. Excelente custo benefício.
