Staff was condescending. Extra charges added to booking but can’t provide a receipt on payment…. Would not recommend. Friend and I slept very poorly as the bed was old and worn. But it was very quite considering it being St.Chaterine

This hotel doesn’t show the actual pictures of the establishment itself, it is in terrible conditions from the lobby to the actual rooms. Left as soon as I saw my room and contacted the owner to assess the situation and I was denied any type of refund for the nights I had the reservation. Do not stay in this hotel.

Very convenient location. Very helpful staff. Spacious and clean room. Good value. Air conditioning was noisy and area had homeless people early in the morning.

The room was clean. The staff was really good and very friendly. The coffee in lobby was actually much better than I thought it would be and there were muffins also available. The place is really central and there is a great breakfast place just across the street. Merci beaucoup!

Great loc

We had a great one night stay, the owner James was helpful and kind. Location of the hotel was great and super convenient if you are visiting the MTelus venue next door.

It's in the city center, which is lively, but it gets a bit noisy at night.

Appartement très bien situé et très propre avec toutes les installations nécessaires. Petit bémol pour le studio qui donne sur la rue. Ça peut être un petit peu bruyant.

I am not typically one to leave reviews but the state of the room I was given (room 505) was appalling, looks nothing like the photos. Walls were stained, severe water damage and peeling paint in the bathrooms, barbed wire outside the windows and bodily fluid stains on the mattress. When this was brought up to the Hotel staff they originally told us “we can come clean it again but we can’t move you, all of the rooms are full”. The cleaning lady came up to the room and tried to show us that the walls were clean just stained (not really any better) she grabbed her rag and ran it under cold water (no soap or cleaning solution) and started to wipe at the stains leaving a black streak on the wall from her rag. We then showed her the bed and she said “yea I can’t do anything about that”. Suddenly the man from the lobby had 2 rooms available on the same floor, both still dirty but better than the original room we were in (room 505). Unfortunately all other hotels in the area were sold out or way out of our price range. Thankful they moved us but VERY disappointed with the state of the room.

Endroit parfait lorsqu’on cherche un endroit seulement pour dormir. Très propre et confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant, attentif et souriant.

So the location is convenient, but it is on St. Catherine (is what it is). Hotel people extremely friendly, room very clean and nice. Would recommend

You get what you pay for. Perfect for my overnight layover.

Excelente lo volvería a visitar

This is not a hotel. At best it is a medium budget HOSTEL !! It is located in an area that is full of homelessness, drugs, and “street workers”. My wife and I were genuinely scared for our safety. The parking for the car is literally down a dark and dismal alley with all kind of unsavory characters roaming around directly next the garage door entrance…for which you have to get out of your car right next to them to manually enter the access code. The are open electrical outlets in the room. Wood boards around the window AC unit. There is ONE communal bathroom and shower to service all the rooms on the whole floor !!! I was utterly disgusted with this place. Go there at your own risk. Literally !!
