Room was spacious and clean. Apart from the bathroom which felt quite cramped. Staff friendly on reception and helped us book taxis when we needed it. Only lost a star as felt like the location wasn’t great…felt a bit far from the centre and was a bit of a walk. Rooftop little pool was nice with the lounges and saw a few sunsets/sunrise from there which was nice. Also having one inside with a sauna. Felt a bit noisy in terms of traffic outside in a built up area but when in the room it was not a problem

Great location and very good service

We stayed at JS Palma Plaza Hotel for seven days and had a great experience. The location is excellent for getting around Palma and for public transport connections. The rooms were very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was generous each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Zimmer sauber und gemütlich.Sehr gutes Frühstück von der Karte. Personal korrekt. Gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum und schöne kleine Dachterasse. Am Abflug trotz früher Uhrzeit Frühstück erhalten.

Frühstück war super, weniger Auswahl als sonst aber dafür kein Food Waste da kein Buffet. Sie bringen das Frūhstück zum Tisch. Die Rooftop Terrasse ist super und der Spabereich ebenso

Es la primera vez que realizó un comentario sobre un hotel. El hotel, está para el uso de trabajo que le tenía que dar, con una decoración agradable. El desayuno es bueno, aunque con un servicio pésimo, atendiendo a los clientes como les convenía. El tiempo de espera ha sido alto e ignorándome. Al final he desistido de desayunar, después de 15 minutos esperando que me atendieran y viendo que otros clientes eran atendidos. Entiendo que han conseguido lo que buscaban…que me fuera. He realizado mis comentarios a recepción…por una parte le ha entrado y por la otra le ha salido. Un buen hotel para ser ignorado. Muchas gracias
