Prima verblijf. Nette accomodatie, vriendelijk personeel.

Really hot in the room and air on does not go below 20. Carpeted rooms added to the heat. Really clean and great friendly staff just the room was a little off for my taste. Mirrors everywhere including in the WC and shower. The walk back from the centre isn’t very pleasant so I’d get the metro which is perfectly located.

Friendly and Helpful Staff

We loved the hotel and the staff. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff in the hotel are helpful and go above and beyond (someone from reception even walked us to a nearby store to purchase beach towels). While we found the area around the hotel not the best! As our taxi driver and uber driver mentioned “this was not the best location”.

Overall a good stay for 3 nights Pros: Room very modern as refurbished, bed comfy, layout good, room service upon request fast. Cons: TV embedded into wall and reflects the room light making it hard to see, no usb port or HDMI only via screen share, breakfast very small selection and mediocre, no AC in lobby or breakfast area, room cleaning very slow (not done until 2:30pm), shower hot water not very hot (luke warm) so hot shower not possible.

Great hotel, every kept in good state, super clean in an up and coming location, which hopefully will get better in the future. Right on the top of the metro station so it’s super convenient.

Ficamos só 1 noite pq estavamos voltando para o Brasil, mas foi a escolha perfeita! Com certeza voltaremos à Lisboa e nos hospedaremos mais dias! Hotel lindo, moderno e limpo! Equipe de recepção fantástica, Gloria nos atendeu muito bem e ainda nos deu dicas de restaurantes para jantarmos por perto. Quarto limpo, banheiro com chuveiro espetacular, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem, cama e edredon maravilhosos!

Nicely designed hotel in a convenient area. The staff are fantastic.

Fantastiskt fint hotell. Väldigt snyggt,sängen var skön. Badrummet hade förstklassiga produkter som tvål,dusch,balsam o kroppslotion. Personalen var trevliga och serviceminded.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. A few blocks or two metro stops away from the tourist hot spots.

The hotel is lovely area surrounding not so much. The room was beautiful. Towels very worn. Loud traffic with windows open but quiet with the closed. Great for one night.

Such a beautiful property! The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. If you’re looking for a centralized hotel with great aesthetics, book this hotel!

Service was great

Beautiful hotel with modern features. Close to metro so easy to get around. Staff magnificent! We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good so wished we had.

We stayed one night during early/mid December as a lay over & visiting friends. We booked the standard/basic room, which is exceptionally small. The bar was closed due to the "off" season and there was no room service. We even asked multiple times for things to get sent to room (extra water, coffee, etc.) which never arrived after multiple times. So, there was no vibe and service wasnt really there, plus rooms were very small for Lisbon. I wouldnt stay again for the price, even though it wasnt bad.
