Compact yet practical air conditioned studio apartment conveniently positioned just minutes from local transport connections, the Tower of London and the City. Only downside was position overlooking busy rail and DLR lines albeit they provide ear plugs to soften the blow. Wetherspoons and Tesco Express at the end of the street. Perfect for business.

Check in process was very easy. The only problem we had was the train that went by so close to the hotel, which meant you heard the trains go by at all hours. Everything else was very convenient.

The room was clean and had everything we needed including a full kitchen. Though a bit small, which I understand is typical in the London area, the space was utilized very efficiently, with sufficient storage to place all the things we came with. I also had access to an area in the building with washers and dryers which I didn't end up needing but it was nice to have the option available. While there was no restaurant onsite, we were provided with coupons for two nearby cafes. I appreciated this very much as I felt it added authenticity to my London experience. The value provided by the coupons was more than enough to have a fulling breakfast which was also delicious. There was no need for any physical interaction with staff at the building. The web portal provided me with everything I needed to access the building and apartment securely. It also had details for the internet and breakfast. When I did need assistance, a speedy response was just a whatsapp message away with fast resolution. The location is very close to a few train stations and bus stops, so we had no issue getting around London and getting back home quickly at the end of the day. Its also walking distance from a few tourist sites like the Tower Bridge. Overall I highly recommend Bob W. to anyone wanting to experience London city.

Very nice studio, had everything you would need and more. The noise from the outside is not as bad as everyone is making it out to be, especially if you just close the window. Had a nice stay.

Great stay , everything went well from checking in to checking out. Does what I says on the tin and a bit more.

Easy to find, check in with your code was a new feature for me but a welcome change. Rooms spotless. Location close to Tower Gateway DLR and Tower Tube station. Wetherspoons close by as well handy for a good breakfast. Ground coffee in the room, nice but I’d prefer individual sachets instead for quickness, just a personal preference. Shower excellent power wise, some nice toiletries included. We only used the kettle, didn’t use the cooking facilities so can’t comment on that. Good communication from host as well

Very clean room and amenities needed in the kitchen if you wanted a quick easy meal. Coffee was very nice touch with the cafeteria. It wasn't warm season but the AC was recommended so can close a window as close to the train line. Perfect location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the tube. Nice quirky neighbourhood. Cozy and small apartment with a nicely furnished kitchen. Very close to Brick Lane and several tube and DLR station. Many nice restaurants in the surroundings. At night, it can be quite loud as the windows don’t properly insulate from outside noises. The hotel is next to the train tracks and it happened that there were a couple of parties nearby. They provide earplugs, though. Some points of improvement - the kitchen lacks basic items like salt, oil, and a kitchen cloth to dry the dishes, that comes in handy especially for people who stay for longer periods (like I did). And some of the fixtures would have benefited from some upkeep. But all in all, it was a pleasant stay

Great location, great responsiveness. We were in London for a conference and extended our stay to enjoy the city. This could not have been a better choice!

Siisti huone, ei valittamista. Sisään pääsi helposti koodilla jonka saa heidän sivujen kautta, toimi jokaiseen tarvittavaan oveen. Todella hyvä sijainti, pääsi kaikkialle metrolla ja Tower Bridge oli lähes vieressä.

Difficult online check in, too complicated, uncomfortable bed and you are sleeping about 50M from a train line, nice coffee provided, but really this is not a great option, you cn do better...

Not recommend. For two days I had not working heating. The bathroom was smelling bad. The room was rather loud due to proximity of train. There is no lobby, all communication is done via Whatsapp. Not recommend.

Great facilities, cleanliness, value. Repeat customer, and will use again.
