The breakfast was not very good. Hard tater tots, crumbly eggs, probably used a mix. Same thing everyday. No bacon. We booked the updated king room but when we got there at 7:00 our room was not ready because it had not been cleaned. Check out was at 4:00. Surely they could have had the room cleaned by 7:00. We were told they could call to get someone to clean but it might be up to a 2 hour wait. The showers were not good either.

The stay here was nice. I wasn’t too impressed with the rooms but not terrible. The location of it is perfect, right on the strip. Breakfast was very good. I was looking forward to the hot tub but it was not working. 😔 All in all, this hotel was fairly good

Stay was good. Cleanliness was okay, there were a lot of scuff marks in our room and holes from where frames had been re-positioned (I’m assuming). Breakfast was decent. Starbucks on-site. Overall it was a decent 2 night stay.

The staff was efficient and attentive. The bar, though convenient, had a very limited selection of beers. The property was very hilly and across the street from a pot dispensary - hence the odor.

Nice place but old !

1. We arrived 2 hours before check in and was told my newly updated room was ready for a $40 fee. If you are going to charge me extra don’t tell me my room is ready. 2. When I walked in the lobby instead of feeling like I was entering a nice hotel,, I was greeted with billboards everywhere. Huge turn off. 3. When we returned later that evening to check in I was then met with a sale’s promotion for some type of vacation plan… when I said I wasn’t interested he continued!!!!4. Then I got a flyer under our door about deals during the night. This all was a huge turn off. 4. TV remote in the newly updated room would not turn the tv on or off 5. Mildew in the bathroom on caulking around tub and air vent. 6. Breakfast was just average.

Comfortable bed, quiet. Could use more handicapped parking as we rarely found any available. Loved the breakfast buffet!

Great price for area and nice hotel for price. Staff was very friendly and helpful with show tickets. Hot tub was not working on last day of our stay.

Breakfast buffet had many options and was good. Pool was great. Quiet room and hallway. Bathroom small but clean.

Very nice for the price. The single pool is small for the the size of the resort. Nice with the indoor/outdoor option for cooler months, but WAY overcrowded for summer. Check in was smooth and we had pizza from the restaurant and the included breakfast

It was clean and in a convenient location, also checking in. And out was easy.

Parking was hard, not convenient for someone with disabilities to take the back stairs or walk up/ down the front parking lot hill. My bed was super worn out and it sunk really low when laying down or even sitting on edge. The housekeeping dept, never cleaned our room, not sure what the system is, it was not clearly marked, we had to call for towels and toiletries on two occasions,and they didn't arrive either time so we had to go looking for them. The front desk people were lovely in helping us book affordable shows etc there. I wish it was offered when I booked the room several months ago, I would have been able to get more shows in

The hotel is good and has a good location, but we had a problem at the entrance when none of the keys they gave me worked, so we spent a few hours waiting for it to be resolved, not to mention the several times we went to reception to report the problem, and after asking at reception, they sent an employee to resolve the problem.

Good location close to the main road through Branson. Breakfast was okay, no housekeeping unless you requested it.

The location of the hotel was convenient. Could easily walk or drive short distances to entertainment. Unfortunately, the hotel is very dated. Mattress, curtains, and decor seem to be from when hotel was built. Major example... no usb ports for charging on amy lamp, wall, or desk.

Will stay again and again very nice place and breakfast was good hot breakfast! I highly recommend!!

No service for replacing at least yowls shampoo etc. three women in a room and one each of di as os, shampoo, etc and only three towels on a towel rack that kept falling off the wall. Also when cleaning service started cleaning, it was when hundreds of people waited up to 45 minutes to grab an elevator and most times it was taken by cleaning crew!!!! Apparently no service elevators

We got to the room and our air was not working. We called and supposedly they fixed it before we got there. Needless to say maintenance came up put a new unit in but the compressor was bad came to our room several times and then the front desk finally decides to move us and told us “to bring all of our belongings with us” grant it I have two small kids so that’s a lot of packing things back up going down there they finally got us to a new room where the air was working. The pool was so full and needed to be monitored better it was so chaotic with how people were acting. I’ve never had issues in the past so I was disappointed knowing I invited the rest of my family to stay there with us. And neither one wants to go back
