No hot water in the shower

El personal muy atento, pero hay musica para amenizar por las fechas pero esta muy alto y molesta. Nuestro cuarto tuvo priblemas de humedad, nos ofrecieron cambiar el cuarto,.

Precio sobrevalorado , comida pésima , no hay empatía del personal para resolver . Habitaciones pequeñas y no hay elevador. Tiene 4 niveles … Poco personal en restaurante y en todos los alrededores.

El check In tardo un poco enbuna de las habitaciones, no estaba lista a las 3pm y creo que los precios de alimentación esta un poco alto.

La habitación es muy oscuras. El baño requiere mantenimiento y actualización urgente, pareciera un baño de los 80s. Camas incómodas, sábanas que no se ajustan a las camas, aire acondicionado escandaloso y solo como cereza del pastel wifi inservible en las habitaciones y malo en la recepción. El restaurante es muy bueno aunque un poco caro. La atención en general fue buena.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and the on site restaurant food was delicious. Great location Will definitely be back.

Seria bueno que tengan mesa en la habitación, aire enfria poco para tamaño de habitación, baño sin ninguna salida de malos olores

Its really pretty. When it rained, our room leaked and there was a river of water that flowed from one side to the other.

Weather was amazing , big swimming pool clean !! Room are smalls then ac didn’t work well, no fridge in the room.

Front desk person wasn't pleasant, she gave us a room that had a dead scorpion, she switch us and I saw a lizard at night in the new room. I asked for my bill twice and I didn't get it. Dirty dishes around the pool. There is only one towel per room. No elevator.

They need to invest in upgrading

The hotel location is good, customer service needs improvements, they only privided one shower towel and no other towels. Next time in Rio Dulce I'll look for a better place to stay.
