Beautiful property. Most extraordinary hotel in Granada. Staff is amazing. Restaurants are incredible

This is a great hotel with really friendly staff, quality rooms and greater amenities. The rooftop bar has a great view of the Alhambra, and is a good place to watch the sunset. All in all I would definitely recommend the place, and would be pleased to stay there again.

We have been fortunate to stay in many beautiful hotels and this was most certainly one of our favourites of all time. The staff were so friendly, professional and attentive. The hotel itself is stunning with everything you could need in a great location. We will be back, thank you for having us

This was a true first class hotel. I loved everything about it. The dining room was beautiful & unique, and the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had. And the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. This was my 6th hotel in Spain, and definitely the best.

A experiência no Palacio Gran Vía, de forma geral, foi bastante confortável e agradável. O edifício é lindíssimo, com uma arquitetura imponente e uma decoração impecável, elegante e luxuosa, que por si só já tornam a estadia especial. Um dos grandes diferenciais é o cuidado com os detalhes: logo na chegada, o hóspede pode escolher a essência do quarto, e ao final da estadia recebe duas miniaturas como recordação , um toque sofisticado e memorável. O café da manhã é excepcional, com grande variedade e qualidade, sendo um dos pontos altos da experiência. O atendimento da equipe também merece destaque: todos muito prestativos e atenciosos. Em especial, vale mencionar Cora, no check-in, Daniel, que nos acompanhou até o quarto e apresentou o hotel com muita atenção, e Carlos, que realizou o check-out de forma cordial e eficiente. O quarto é bonito, bem decorado e confortável, proporcionando uma estadia bastante agradável. No entanto, há alguns pontos de atenção que poderiam ser melhorados: o box do chuveiro apresentava vazamento de água e, em um momento, ao invés da reposição adequada do sabonete, foi colocada água no recipiente, algo que causa uma impressão negativa em um hotel desse padrão. O hotel conta ainda com um SPA, o que é um diferencial interessante. No entanto, a experiência poderia ser melhor: a água não havia sido reposta, a hidromassagem nos pareceu fraca e o espaço não dispõe de sauna seca, o que limita um pouco a proposta de relaxamento.

A fabulous experience from start to finish, absolutely made by the wonderful, attentive, friendly staff. The roof terrace was a joy, and the quality of the food and drink was exceptional. Very much a five star experience and Granada is a fascinating city to visit.

The staff is very attentive roght from the point of entry, check in as well as the entire stay. The location is central and walkable to everything you want to see and do.

Everything was wonderful - the entry for parking is crazy but welcome to Granada! The Valet were great, highly recommend using.

La ciudad es para atesorarla por siempre en la memoria. Bellísima Granada.

We booked hotel on 24hrs notice due to poor weather in Algarve, Portugal. All of the staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. Alexis from front desk called us and explained driving directions which avoided issues if we had used GPS along with a Granada Pass (access to Alhambra +much more), for alot less than online. Bellman were great and concierge gave super restaurant recommendations.

Excellent position near the cathedral, with very friendly and helpful staff. Only complaints would be that the bedroom was pretty stuffy at night, and there was no towel rail in the bathroom. Otherwise, loved it!
