I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Great location with easy access to nearby attractions and halal restaurants. Highly recommended!

Really nice , just by the station maybe 5 minute walk , hotel is really nice , clean and modern the bathroom has great lighting ans was such good value for money , just to note breakfast is not a hot one just teas , coffees , croissants and just pastry’s with toast and some cereal but honestly can’t complain

The room was clean enough for me to feel comfortable showering and placing my stuff on the floor, which are thinfs i rarely feel comfortable doing in a hotel. Apart from a small layer of dust on a shelf beside the bed the place was extremely clean. We felt safe and welcomed and were helped with smiles when we came across any problems. The only downside to the stay was just how warm the room was, however it was still not unbearable considering the heatwave and we were happy to have access to the air conditioned downstairs. I would highly recommend staying here .

Don’t bother staying here. The reception staff are rude, the breakfast is a joke, the rooms are grubby and disgusting. We weren’t able to have a cup of tea as the kettle was filthy, the electrical sockets are hanging off the walls, the shower was dirty, the floors are disgusting and the beds are hard….don't bother!

Well, the price is pretty decent in this area.

The room I stayed in could do with some cosmetic works to make the room feel more welcoming. The walls were badly marked and there was an iron burn in the carpet. The room could also do with a deep clean, by the looks of it the cleaning staff just give it a quick once over rther than any detail put into the cleaning. The above is a couple of quick pointers the hotel should take into consideration as I feel it would improve the look and feel of the hotle quite quickly. The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning worked very well which was good as it was one of the hottest days of the year when I stayed.

Easy tube journey from London stadium to hotel. Quiet location. Staff were friendly and room was clean and had air conditioning- which was a good send. There was even a complimentary continental breakfast.

Air conditioning didn’t work at all, with no fan as a back up option on the hottest days of the year. Unacceptable! Also shower needs unclogging….

Rooms was clean with air con, location perfect for food and drinks. Only down side was bed mattress was too hard for me.

Nice and welcoming staff, however the cleanliness of the room wasn’t quite up to standard; we found hair in multiple places such as bedsheets, pillows and shower, given stained towel, as well as the room being overwhelmingly dusty. Generally a nice hotel and not the worst of stays, just a few details that should be taken into account.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.The hotel environment was clean, comfortable and excellent.I would especially like to praise the two staff members, at the reception ,one name is Asif and second name is kalam.Their attitude was very polite, friendly and professional.They were very cooperative at every stage during check-in and check-out and took care of my all needs.Their smiles, good manners and helpfulness made my stay more memorable.I thank them both from the bottom of my heart and congratulate the hotel management for such an excellent staff.I will highly recommend this hotel to others.
