Great communication from the WOW staff. Check in and check out was quick and smooth. Absolutely love location and facilities within the apartment as well as the building. Excellent gym and 3 pools, sauna, steam room, cinema, Level 55 lounge with great views, BBQs, mini playground, games room with paid arcade games. Everything including public transport, food, shopping and entertainment close by. It can get a little noisy, but to be expected as location is in the centre of the action. Washer and dryer was highly valued within the apartment for our family with longer stay. Would recommend to friends in a heartbeat. Would have appreciated extra towels for our family of 4. Was only allocated 4 which isn't quite enough if you are using the pool also. We did bring extras of our own, but it does take up space when we were trying to travel light. For a 4 night stay that we had, would have appreciated more than one little mini tube of shampoo, conditioner and body wash as that is barely enough for one night for a family. But overall, excellent value.

Loved the cleanliness and the Ocean views. Prime location in walking distance of beach and restaurants. Pool, fitness suite and sauna were great too!

Stayed in Apartment 2144 on 14 th floor, great view, great self contained with good equipped kitchen. The only issues beds uncomfortable and lumpy, obviously well used and needs new ones. Lounge also well used and uncomfortable due to sagging , could do with a new lounge. Tv outdated can only use Netflix no other apps . Very convenient to all amenities, secure parking was great value, and overall a great place to stay. The complimentary timtams and water was nice touch.

Great Location & Views – A Few Small Improvements Needed We had a great stay at Circle on Cavill - Wow Stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and modern, with stunning views of both the ocean and the river. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Surfers Paradise with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. That said, there were a few areas for improvement. We checked in after hours and found the instructions a bit confusing – it took us a while to work out where to go and how to access everything. Also, the pillows were all very thin and uncomfortable – definitely in need of replacing. It would have been helpful to have a few basic items provided too, like spare rubbish bags, dishwashing tablets, and kitchen spray, just to get us through the first few days. Overall, a good place to stay!

Amazing property, right in the heart of surfers paradise, close to food, shops, supermarkets, beach and everything else. Highly recommended and a very spacious apartment.

I stayed in the apartments for 6 nights and for those 6 nights had no issues. Place was clean beautiful views and great space for a family or a few friends.

The hotel is nice and central for food, shopping and transport to wherever you want. We enjoyed our stay here with young kids. Very noisy at night if you are staying on the city side but ear plugs help. Outdoor pools are not heated also which was a shame.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!!! WOW Stays excellent communication and 2 bedroom unit was large with superb ocean views (9 floor.) Convenient located to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant are all underneath and walking distance almost anywhere! Public transport $0.50 which is a bargain as we didn't have to removed our car from the carpark. Only down side was it's noisy at night, eg. music coming clubs until 3am, although not every night. I recommend ear plugs for these nights... Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Thanks WOW Stays 👌
