Very clean upscale hotel in the heart of everything in Heraklion. Fantastic helpful & frindly staff. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

La camera era davvero bello sopratutto ho adorato come il balcone fosse così grande e in più il personale era gentile ed accogliente. Mi sono davvero trovato bene.

Personal muy amable y profesional. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro pero en una calle tranquila. La habitación estaba muy limpia con limpieza a diario. El desayuno incluido está también bueno y con bastante cosas para el vegetariano que soy. Lo recomiendo al 100/100%

We had an excellent stay! We were celebrating a special occasion and we were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We even got free access to the spa (jacuzzi and saunas). The breakfast was also delicious and well presented. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is great too as it is a short walk to the main square with lots of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was very clean and neat. Amazing city and water views from my balcony. The staff was super attentive and welcoming. Perfect location, easy walk to anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Alles, maar dan ook alles aan dit hotel is geweldig... het start al met de ligging, vlakbij het centrum. De vriendelijkheid en hulpvaardigheid van de medewerkers is werkelijk niet te overtreffen. Ze staan echt bewust klaar voor hun hotelgasten. Het ontbijt, heerlijk ... glutenvrije boterhammen werden voorzien en de allergenen staan bij de gerechten. We hadden een prachtige, heel propere kamer op de 5de verdieping met een groot, zalig terras.

Katrina at the front desk is the epitome of what a person in the industry should be. Trini in the breakfast area is a gem…remembered my drink of choice and would prepare it the minute I arrived, made me feel special

Just great stay!

I loved the central location near to great shopping, restaurants and cultural places. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast and brunch were delicious and we enjoyed the service and food served every day. On my text trip to Heraklion I would stay there again.

We had stayed there the week before as well and had a wonderful time on both stays. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the central shopping area, but on a quiet street without a lot of noise. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, comfortable and the bed and pillows were very nice. The breakfast was very good. In my last review I actually did not realize that there was a nice fitness center and a restaurant area. My fault for giving this hotel all the credit it deserves. This is a wonderful hotel and I recommend it.

This is a fabulous place to stay. The location is perfect. In the middle of everything. Yet it is on a quiet street with no street noise. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotless and well appointed. The breakfast was great. It is a small boutique hotel and does not have its own restaurant or fitness center, but it does have a very nice spa with lots of features. You can’t go wrong staying at Dimargio.

Great location and friendly staff. Would of liked more gutein free options at breakfast. Overall excellent service clean and modern facility.
