This delightful, modern hotel is in the heart of the city and convenient to sights, restaurants and shopping. The staff were absolutely wonderful and wanted nothing more than to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We were welcomed with a drink and with our luggage brought up to our suite. The suite was clean, modern and nicely appointed with a king-size bed, thoughtful lighting, spacious bathroom and two places to sit, wi-fi, clothes steamer and coffee maker and fridge. There was also a balcony with a table and chairs.
Breakfast was incredible! So many hot and cold choices, freshly brewed coffee and fresh juices. It was a wealth of food riches. As appropriate to health codes, leftover food is boxed and donated to charity. I appreciate an organization that is charitable and supports their community. One can sit inside or outdoors on the back patio. They have a full bar and menu for throughout the day.
The spa was very nice - well-equipped workout center, a steam room, sauna and hot tub (which was included in our suite stay). Very nice after a long day.
The staff were just fantastic - friendly, attentive, helpful and take pride in caring for their guests.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete!
