Excellent location with a wonderful breakfast. Enjoyed the spa and thermal pool. The reception staff was extremely helpful especially Steven.

Beautiful hotel! Would love to stay again.

Staff not attentive. Had to ask twice to change bedsheets, topped up shower gel in dispenser with water so that there was only water left! Hand wash dispenser came off wall. Room cleaning service was carried out far too late in day. Normally around 4pm but one day as late as 5pm. Such a shame as hotel was stunning and room was wonderful

Amazing property close to downtown Sao Miguel. Shopping and restaurants near by. Great front desk staff. Turkish baths were quite relaxing after long days of exploring this beautiful island. Rooms were spacious and very nice! Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was amazing… very clean and loved the breakfast included. The staff made our staff.. they were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful in every aspect! Highly recommend this property for your stay and would return!

A beautiful property.

This is a beautiful property with old world charm. We were surprised that beds were not more comfortable and of better quality. Also, no top sheet - only comforter which was too hot. However, upon request we were provided with top sheet. Location of hotel has its positives and negatives. It's located in the heart of a popular square downtown which makes it extremely noisy during busy times. Thankfully, we were on the 4th floor which helped with noise level. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast very limited and not the best. I skipped it several days. Indoor pool is beautiful but be aware of tiles around the pool as extremely slippery. My husband took a fall as tiles were wet from children playing. Seems type of tiles not the best option for pool area. They have a nice bar/lounge area with entertainment on some evenings. Overall, a nice experience.

Ein wirklich schönes neues und imposantes Hotel. Die Öffnungszeiten von Pool und Fitnesscenter könnten deutlich länger sein, von 8 bis 20 Uhr ist einfach zu wenig wenn man wie wir tagsüber zu Ausflügen unterwegs ist. Trotzdem ist der Poolberreich wunderschön. Das Frühstücksbuffett hat uns nicht vollständig überzeugt. Die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs war suboptimal, täglich hatte man einige Teller, die trotz Geschirrspüler offensichtlich nicht ganz sauber wurden.
