Great experience. Nicest staff you could possibly have.

El hotel es muy bonito, de buen gusto, en una excelente ubicación. Pero el personal que atiende en el hotel no tienen experiencia en hoteleria. Son indiferentes. Poco recursivos , y ni ninguno habla inglés, ni siquiera lo elemental, La única que nos atendió bien fue Mikaela. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Un desperdicio de hotel.

Foi tudo perfeito como sempre, porém, o serviço de atendimento no café da manhã, deixou a desejar dessa vez, não sei se era equipe nova, enfim, vale a pena dar uma olhadinha nisso.

Me encantó el Hotel Qoya!!! El personal super atento, el bar y roomservice abierto 24 horas y con comida deli y un servicio de primera, la piscina en el Rooftop, la decoración, las pantiuflas (que puedes comprarlas y son comodisimas y lindas), la cama y la ducha buenazas!! Todo estuvo excelente!!

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful – elegant decor, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, and every meal I had was delicious. Overall, a great place to stay – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hotel Novo, limpíssimo , café top e bem localizado

Hotel com boa estrutura. Mas alguns itens do quarto merecem comentários: a bancada do banheiro é muito pequena, assim como o chuveiro; o ar condicionado demora para resfriar o ambiente.

Infelizmente tivemos um problema na madrugada. Fui acordado as 3 da manha com um barulho de furadeira que vinha de algum lugar do hotel.

O hotel é novo, tem otimas instalações. O quarto é moderno e sóbrio, o mobiliário é funcional e tem bons itens de cama e banho. O banheiro é pequeno mas bem planejado. Os serviços sao excepcionais, incluindo o spa. Otima localização. Boa relação qualidade vs preço.

I had a wonderful stay at QOYA From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!

The staff were very helpful and the concierge was very knowledgeable of the local area - directing us to some great local attractions.

The bar is nice and open 24 hours which is super convenient.

Everything is good

Nicely refurbished property, but let down by the service, bearing in mind this hotel costs double similarly nice hotels in the local area. I arrived early from an overnight flight, and enquired about early check in (having been told this was an option they offer), but the front desk person simply shrugged and bluntly stated check in was 2pm. No attempt to check if a room was available earlier. The following morning I tried to get access to the pool at 6am as advertised. Went to front desk and was laughed at, the reply being the pool opened at 8am. Even at 8am I had to get someone to begrudgingly go and unlock it. Avoid this hotel if you want service/facilities that match the price

I just want to express how pleased I was with my stay here. Before I even arrived, Alice effortlessly arranged for pickup from the airport for me and left me a nice little chocolate treat in my room upon arrival. Marcos the bellman was sweet and very helpful as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience. My only gripe (its an important one) was that they initially placed me in a room in an isolated corner near a stairwell,housekeeping closet & a strange LOUD humming noise. Also, the room phone didn't work.But as soon as I raised concerns, Marcos (bellman) personally went downstairs and got me a key for a better room. I am a happy girl!
