clean and close to SW GRR

This location has limited desk hours. There are signs when you come in that it is no problem if you are a late check in, to just dial 500 on the phone provided to be connected to the desk staff and they will check you in. I tried on their phone and no one picked up. I called the hotel directly with my phone and eventually someone picked up. I said I was here to check in but I wasn’t sure if I was at the right location in the hotel. She snapped and cut me off asking if I was on site. I said yes. She said someone would be there soon. About 5 min later I called back and she said I had to wait someone would be there. Shortly after someone did arrive to check me in. She was incredibly rude, almost throwing the authorization paperwork at me.

Property is basic and what is to be expected. Very clean. Room smelled musty. Sirens all night and loud thumping music from other rooms made it difficult to sleep.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The only thing I wish were different is having the option to run the fan on the conditioning unit for white noise.

This hotel is easy to find and has lots of convenient shopping and restaurants nearby.

The room and facility was great. I would just want to let others know that there is not a coffee pot in the room nor any continental breakfast offered. The lobby has a brew coffee pot but there were not any cups available, nor did anyone unlock the cabinet at 8am per the sign.

Asked for more bed linens were told front desk close only available for emergencies

Great location.....large sign on property which makes it easy to find....friendly staff...app usage for laundry easy to download.....clean rooms with microwave & fridge.

Property was clean, room was good size but there was no one at the front desk when I left at 9am, Sunday. I had to slide the keys under the gate where I was a bit concerned with that. I think it would be better if someone was there earlier on weekends. Overall a good experience.

I was disappointed when I went to the front desk for a spoon and they had none. I had a kitchen in my room and there are no spoons? Also, the walls are very thin. I sneezed and the people next door said bless you. I'm glad I brought my white noise machine to block out their conversations.

Why can’t there be amenities. Coffee pot. In room hair dryer, The hours for the desk are not early enough. I came for 2 nights. Why list it as a hotel room when it is not.

Quiet close to shopping.

Clean, new place but very poor service. No one working from 10 on Sat night until 10 on Sun morning. We needed extra towels and no one was there to ask for some. We had to go out to a local store at 7:30 in the morning and buy towels! Also, no hand towels at all. When there was a person at the front desk they were not very helpful, acted like, sorry, thats just the way it is! Won't ever stay there again.
