Clean for a budget hotel. Newly upgraded and clean

Clean. Comfortable completely renovated. Good location. Easy parking

Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Could have used a second mirror outside bathroom with plug in handy . Staff was helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom were small, leaving no room for second chair.

Parking was easy but muddy, there wasn't a phone in the room, the was coffee with one paper cup?, the tv was somewhat complicated to use.

Great location if staying in the crowsnest area. The price is good too, but rooms are dirty in especially in the corners and yhos is my second stay. Overall a good stay though..

Very nice and clean, there were no stir sticks for morning coffee though. No other complaints at all

I had a great stay. The views were exceptional. Service n room was great as well. I stayed here last year same great service. I will definitely be coming back to stay here next time.

Big gape under door

We were charged additional charges as a booking fee and no offer to reimburse. I was concerned about the bed being dirty and used my clothes to sleep on as I didn't feel this room to be clean.

Had a great stay! Everyone is very friendly and had a quiet stay. Would come again!

Bed was comfortable. Room was small but clean. Had trouble with the door. Had to slam to get it to close and could not get the deadbolt to engage
