I did not get my breakfast even it was included in my booking. The room and balcony were not clean.

False information about the hotel star. Very bad service. No cleaning.. very noisy..

You cannot rest in this hotel. The daily loud music from the bar will stay until 4 am in the morning. Then early am drunk people are loud in the hotel. The hotel condition is very old and too many things are broken. Receptionists are nice and breakfast is decent enough. Overall i won't recommend this hotel.

Reception area hot lighting poor no phones in the room and bad room service no soap in toilet, shower bracket broken so you have to hold the shower hose with your hand , breakfast was very poor not even any type of cheese in it only one scrambled egg one butter and small yoghurt The stuff where very kind and welcoming specially the breakfast person I will not stay again there

TV doesn't work…. There is no soap in the bathroom I don't recommend it. Not worth trying

Foto ingannevoli. Mobili vecchi e finestre con spifferi di vento rumorosissimi. Non sottovalutate questo dettaglio perché non dormirete un secondo. Ho cambiato 3 stanze finché mi hanno dato una stanza al 5° piano con infissi leggermente migliori dei piani inferiori. Luci spente nei corridoi, tutto buio. Mobili vecchissimi. Le docce non drenano l’acqua. Ho dovuto chiedere la carta igienica perché non c‘era. Shampoo è una bustina di plastica senza l’apri facile. La zona colazione era tutta spenta e c’erano scatole, tipo magazzino. La colazione era penosa. Ho pagato meno a Monastir per un hotel mille volte meglio. Però lo staff era disponibile e la location sulla spiaggia era top. Ho apprezzato la stanza vista mare. Spero che in alta stagione sia diverso.

You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there.

Reasonably priced centrally located hotel. Nice breakfast brought to room at 8.30. Will definitely stay again if price is right.
