Brilliant service. Great rooms. Fantastic food. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Vic Falls. The front desk will sort everything out for you.

Very large room, lovely staff, relaxed atmosphere. Food and drink very well priced and beautifully prepared.

清潔感のあるロッジで、庭にはインパラやイノシシが訪れるなど、自然を身近に感じながら快適に過ごせました。夕食は日替わりで、ブッフェの日もあり、周囲にレストランが少ないためロッジでの食事が基本ですが、日本人の口にも合う内容でした。シャワーのお湯は使用量に限りがあるため、グループでの滞在時は使い過ぎに注意が必要です。

There is nothing not to like at this property . Superb food and outstanding service . Rooms modern and clean and location ideal for the falls .

Great place to stay. Stay incredibly friendly. Appreciated the free shuttle to/from shopping and Victoria Falls. Great location- not too far from airport and short 5 minute drive into downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, attentive staff, beautiful property!

The property is gorgeous. I enjoyed my stay - the pool was great and the room comfortable. Staff was very accomodating. Especially appreciated that they offered a free shuttle into town. I wish I knew in advance that they offer a complimentary sunset cruise as I wouldve left time in my schedule for it.

A new-ish hotel just outside town that exceeded expectations. The staff are super friendly and eager to help. The rooms are large, very comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant and bar have smaller menus (could be since it was not busy while we were visiting) but everything was well prepared, looked good and was delicious. We had a great 3-night stay and highly recommend.

Lovely property, great food, friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle to town was great and pool was a perfect temperature for a refreshing dip in the heat. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a hidden gem. Rooms are well appointed, beds are so comfy and shower is wonderful. I loved the size of the resort. It was very intimate so you were able to meet so many interesting people at the bar or by the pool. Our shuttle driver MacMillan was excellent and would go out of his way to help you get where you were going and would even check in with you around the resort. The reception booked all my excursions for me and were great in recommending the right options for my sunset cruise and helicopter ride. The food at the restaurant was very good and the staff friendly! I would stay here again and highly recommend.

新しいこともあり、清潔。 スタッフは相談すれば丁寧に対応してもらえて安心できた。 朝食も美味しく、環境も静かで満足。 早朝の朝食ボックス対応もあり。しかも美味しかった。 街からは離れているが、問題はない。

The hotel staff were exceptional. Polite and informative. Hotel is well maintained and all meals were of a high quality.

Rooms were spacious clean and stylish Power cut/ wifi issues a couple of times and no water briefly as about to shower before dinner! Some mix up with orders eg forgot our breakfast boxes when we went on a game drive Grace helpful Nearly charged us for the room again although we had already paid
