O Apto é grande e espaçoso, tem 2 suítes , sala grande e cozinha, não é tão perto da estação de trem para Nova York, uns 20 minutos caminhando, e o trem leva em torno de 1 hora. Pertissimo do aeroporto EWR. Passamos um perrengue na chegada, pois quando fiz a reserva achei que era um hotel, porém é um prédio , e não tem recepção nem portaria, e não havia recebido as instruções de checkin, e ficamos mais de 1hora na rua até conseguir um contato e entrar, se atentarem a isso.

This was the perfect place for our one week vacation in New York.

The washroom with no shower curtain, same washroom didn’t lock, dishwasher didn't work neither the washer machine. Even though we ask for help, no one came to fix it. Tiles lose in the washroom

Me and my daughter spent a week at Evonify. The communication with the host was perfect. The appartement very clean and we had everything we needed concerning kitchen- utensils. I couldn't make the dishwasher work but handwashed the plats etc. I can recommend Evonify to other tourists if you can imagine to walk 15 min to Elizabeth station. You also have Citi Grocery nearby for food shopping. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

It’s an ok place to stay one night if you need to be close to the airport. I wouldn’t say is luxury nor does under circumstance fits 7 people. Is very small. There isn’t enough sheets, blankets, no shower curtain. Shower Didn’t feel very clean. Is not ideal for people traveling with little ones.
