hotel located in the centre of jerez. bars, restaurants, tapas all outside the hotel and attractions all within walking distance. reception staff were very helpful and friendly. parking is in an under ground car park right next to the hotel.

I stayed at Eszencia Hotel and, unfortunately, it was not a great fit for me. The room's main positives were its central location, effective air conditioning, and cleanliness. Beyond that, the experience felt disappointing. The room itself was very sterile and lacked any warmth or character. Nearly every surface seemed to be made of plastic, creating an inexpensive, somewhat uncomfortable feeling. There was virtually no ambiance, and the space felt more functional than welcoming. The shower was also extremely small, making it difficult to use comfortably. The rooftop pool area has potential, but there was no shade around the pool, which made it difficult to enjoy during the hottest parts of the day. The deck also did not appear particularly well maintained, with bird droppings visible in several areas. The rooftop bar seemed to function primarily as a local happy-hour gathering spot. While there is nothing wrong with that, travelers looking for a relaxing hotel retreat may be disappointed. During our visit, there were many locals smoking, and the atmosphere felt more like a neighborhood bar than a peaceful amenity for hotel guests. Overall, while the location is excellent and the hotel is clean, the lack of character, uncomfortable room design, and underwhelming rooftop experience would keep me from staying here again.

Great location, Candella at reception was very informative and so nice. Pool and pool bar area is very nice. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip. Problemloser Check-in, schöne, moderne Zimmer. Zentralere Lage mit besserer Verkehranbindung ist in Jerez nicht zu finden. Nur wenige Schritte zu Markthalle, Supermarkt, Einkaufsstrasse und vielen Tabancos und Restaurants. Etwas laut da eine zentrale Busshaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel ist. Die Fenster sind aber gut isoliert. Eingerichtete Kitchenet. Perfekt für das Frühstück und kleine Mahlzeiten. Auf dem Dach befinden sich Pool und Bar. Dort kann man zu moderaten Preisen den Tag ausklingen lassen.

This is a gem of a hotel! Its located right in the very centre of Jerez so everything is within walking distance. There's a car park directly outside the hotel which offers a discount if you book ahead with the app. There's also a fantastic roof terrace with pool and bar. The only 'complaint' is that the roof top doesn't open until 3:30pm. It would have been nice to have a drink up there while we waited for our room to be ready.

Ideal location for old town Jerez. Clean room and comfortable.

Super toller Check-in , Studio sauber und alles vorhanden,ruhig obwohl mitten in der Stadt.Parkhaus direkt am Haus , bekamen per WhatsApp Info's über Restaurant usw. Schade, dass nicht alle Vermieter so engagiert sind. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

This is the first time to stay at apartment hotel type. So I don’t know this EsZentrio sweet don’t have security box in the room If Jerez is safe city, but everyone want security box

Lovely, central hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Had a small kitchenette so was nice for an evening tea. Excellent shower and nice beds. On a fairly busy street but good blackout shutters worked for the noise and light. Added surprise bonus of being able to do our laundry at no extra charge! Only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t open…my daughter had hoped for one more swim this trip.

In the heart of the town walking distance to all the important sites, stages, bodegas, shopping, dining, etc. Rooftop bar and pool and free laundry are a major plus! Will stay again during Jerez de la Frontera Flamenco Festival!!

The rooms are above noisy roads. Drinking crowd until 2am and cleaning truck before 7am. Refrigerator is not functioning properly, food got spoiled.The checkin staff did not explain the extra cleaning fees. No response when asked for manager's contact info.
