The staff were just amazing! The reception staff were always trying to help anyway they could. The rooms were very quiet and clean.

Todo trabajó en el hotel perfectamente. Pero no tienen servicios de tintorería y fue un problema especialmente si estas viajando toda Espana por todo un mes como nosotros.

Beautiful rooms

The reception staff were awesome and we loved our stay. The only not-positive feedback is that the person who served breakfast seemed grumpy and put out when asking for coffee etc., but it was quite comical and it made us laugh each morning...

This place was unbelievable. The location could not have been better, and the staff was incredibly helpful in assisting with great recommendations on where to go and how to get there. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we travel quite a lot. Cannot convey how great this place was.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel in Valencia. The location is excellent, right in the historic center, which makes it easy to walk to most attractions, restaurants, and cafés. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the sound insulation of the room. Because it faces the street, noise from outside could be heard quite clearly at night, which sometimes made it harder to sleep. Aside from that, the overall experience was very positive and I would still recommend the hotel for its location and service.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Verbesserungspotenzial: Moderne Architekten vergessen gerne auf Möglichkeiten Kleidung im Vorraum aufhängen zu können.
