Muito aquém do valor cobrado. Quarto muito pequeno, casa de banho com chuveiro sem porta que deixava o chão alagado. Ventilação do wc não funcionava e não havia janela. O pequeno almoço também não foi servido como de costume. Não tinham uma máquina de tirar café, apenas café de num termo. Pouca variedade de pequeno almoço.

My daughter and I stayed over for her best friends wedding. Hotel was lovely. Good was delicious on all occasion s we ate there. Staff was so very helpful and friendly.

Stayed one night to attend a RL game at Castleford Tigers - great location, we were in one of the bungalows, a really nice large room with patio. Good buffet breakfast included. We will be back.

Everything was perfect, we had the best of days

The staff at the desk and the event room staff were very helpful but the house keeping left a lot to be desired they only partially vacuumed the room once in our six day stay and only have of the time restock the condiments and toiletries and one day they couldn’t be bothered to put the bag in wast bin . And we booked a executive room and was give what appeared to be two joining compact Room with no where to sit which is the reason we booked the executive room they did off different room one with no window and one with a view of a wall and roof covered with garbage so we settled with the first one . The gardens outside were nice .

Clean room with usual tea and coffee station. Hair dryer and iron. It was an internal room with no outside view or fresh air which spoilt it a little. I would def book again but request a room with a view. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely. Grounds were fantastic. All in all would def book again

Had really good stay, was there for 6 nights, food was lovely, staff really polite and helpful, our room was clean, very comfortable, only thing was the creaking doors early on a morning but that doesn't really affect the quality of stay, overall we had a really nice break away. 100% would recommend staying here if looking for somewhere in pontefract to stay

Our fourth visit and this time we booked an executive bungalow which we will book if we go back. Good large room and bathroom and a bonus of an outdoor seating area.

Everything was great

Wonderful stay after a day at Farmer Copleys (which is literally a minute away by car). We stayed in one of the bungalows which was brilliant, very clean and lovely little balcony which we would have sat out on but the weather was a little bit rainy. Room was quite warm with lovely underfloor heating, I struggled slightly as I like to sleep in a room that feels like the arctic but they provide a big fan that was perfect. Breakfast was a full English with a choice of how your like your eggs and it was super good! Would 100% stay again ♥️

The room was clean but didn’t feel like a bridal suite Needs an update compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in The staff were 5 star from reception, evening meal to breakfast went above and beyond The food was also 5 star Ample parking for everyone There was a wedding on but noise level was minimum

Everything was as you would expect from this hotel, staff were excellent,nothing too trouble, under floor hearing in the outside bungalows perfect.
