Never travelled alone before so I was a little nervous. Had a private room and it was very spacious, clean, and the AC worked great. Street can be a little noisy at night on the weekend but it’s a great location (also, that’s typical for a city). Shared bathrooms on the floor were accessible, if one was taken the other was usually free. They were both clean (but one did run out of soap.) Felt very safe as a young woman. Other occupants were friendly and helped when I struggled with the door (TIP: hold your key card there for like 10 seconds). Overall, had a very enjoyable stay! It was honestly better than the more expensive 2-star I stayed at earlier in my trip. Very worth it for the price. Loved that I could check-out late too. I recommend:)

Location is great! Everything is nearby, a nice ice cream place just a few steps from the door, and plenty of restaurants around. Even though the place is located in a very busy area, the place is very quiet.

Quarto limpo, equipe de funcionários da maravilhosa! A janela do quarto que eu fiquei da direto para uma rua movimentada com bares, então tem barulho até tarde. Recomendo levar isso em consideração se barulho lhe atrapalha. No mais, tudo ótimo

El personal es atento. La limpieza de la habitación, los lavabos y las duchas eran correctos. Por contra la insonorización de la habitación no es muy buena, además no ayuda el tener un bar abajo que cierra a las 5:00 de la madrugada, por lo que recomiendo el uso de tapones.

A localização muito boa, espetacular. O quarto sempre muito limpo, mais não tivemos acolhimento, ajuda dos funcionários, que foram muitos frios e ríspidos!

Cleanness safety and great find

Room was dirty shower was shared between 10 rooms and ran out of hot water every day. Staff were terrible difficulty and hard to deal with. I would avoid this hostel is possible. However the location and neighborhood was incredible absolutely loved Madrid and would highly recommend but do not stay here. Laundry machines was broken, kitchen appliances did not work, staff “worked” a few hours a day check in was impossible check out was difficult and they tried to change you extra for everything.
