Problemas com ar condicionado que só foram resolvidos depois de reclamar três vezes. Funcionários sem nenhuma gentileza. Cafe da manhã fraco e o mais absurdo cobraram 10 euros por 1 toalha de piscina. Nunca vi isso em um hotel e sem avisar antes. TOTAL ABSURDO

Struttura nuova, camera spaziosa e confortevole

This hotel is lovely, it is brand new, opening 6 months ago. Our room was perfect with a very large balcony. We had a delicious dinner in their dining room and the breakfast buffet was perfect. I really can not say enough about how lovely this hotel is. The grounds are beautiful, although it was raining I was able to go through the pine woods to the beach for a walk. Thank you so very much to the staff, they all went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The sweet girl at the front desk even hosed off our car. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who is coming to Catanzaro Lido! Liz
