We had a booking last week for 6 people arriving from Australia to stay 2 nights. When we arrived there was a sign on door to say closed due to flood but we hadn't been notified.

Hotel and staff were very good. Noise at night not good but not hotels fault. Was very noisy on street. But very convenient location for shopping and restaurants. Very helpful receptionists.

Really nice stay. The location is great. Its very close to good bars and restaurants. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was good.Really good value for money. Small downsides, 80's decor (dark wood and creme paint) and the parking, there isnt any and due to some long standing roadworks it took ages to get to the hotel then had to drive around the block to find the multi storey. All took about an hour.

Great location close to Eyre Square and great pubs and shopping. No need to look any further.

バスのターミナルから歩いて１分と大きな荷物をもった旅行者には便利です。 町の中心までも歩いて１０分かかりませんし、近所にスーパーなどもあります。 ただ部屋自体は特に代わり映えしませんし、付近にも多くのホテルがありますので、比較しながら予約するのがよいかと思います。

코치스테이션에서 버스내려 바로 길 건너 인포센터에서 투어 예약한 뒤 바로 옆에 있는 호텔로 들어가 체크인 한 뒤 바로 시내구경하러 나갔습니다. 주변에 마트도 있고 레스토랑, 까페, 공원.ㅈ 정말 위치대박! 직원들도 진심 친절했고 가격 대비 만족도 높습니다. 다시 골웨이에 간다면 당연히 이 곳으로 갈 겁니다

Location was good but we were disturbed in the middle of the night by other drunken guests. Breakfast was v average.

Lo mejor del hotel fue su ubicación, muy centrica. no tenia parquing, pero se podía aparcar relativamente cerca. La habitación daba a un patio totalmente lleno de trastos y suciedad. El precio un poco caro, aunque en Galway los hoteles suelen ser caros. Los desayunos bastante completos. el personal regular, un poco antipaticos sin ganas de ayudar, a diferencia de la gente de Irlanda. Si tienes coche, mejor buscar un B&B

Sadly we were booked in when there was a group of students from abroad staying, who were extremely loud throughout the night. It can get quite noisy sometimes on the road beside the bus station, but other than that, it was a pleasant stay and will definitely be coming back.

Viaggio di lavoro. Ottima posizione poichè accanto alla stazione dei bus e a due minuti dal centro.

Очень хороший завтрак: помимо континентального "шведского" стола предоставляется полный горячий Ирландский завтрак. Рекомендации для администрации: приделать где-нибудь в номере стационарную открывалку для бутылок и поставить настольную лампу на письменный стол.

Good, great value

This hotel is situated in an excellent place in the city core. Literally it is only one or two minutes walk from the train station(only one block away). The hotel was in great condition and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent, exceeding my expectations after having read the reviews. If I I ever find myself back in Ireland/Galway I will definitely go back to this hotel again.

Location excellent, room cleanliness excellent and comfortable . Noise from lorries outside early in morning a bit of a bummer but would definitely recommend it. Will definitely be going back again. A

Excellent location for walking around city centre. Parking an issue, it is close by, but beware, you pay extra (€12 per 24h). Staff very friendly and very helpful. A very pleasant stay.
