Excellent location. En-suite room. Friendly staff. Quirky old Victorian style bathroom with shower in roll top bath (would not be suitable for those with mobility issues, as they would have difficulty getting in and out of the bath). It was very hot weather and only one opening window. The fan helps, but could do with air conditioning. The room is fine for a couple of nights. We had an enjoyable atay

A nice little place in the centre of the action, near the beach, near some shops, near pubs and eateries. Could be romantic. Pub noise opposite does stop at midnight. Generally well-appointed, the three larger rooms are done out beautifully, though our room, "Beach", was small with an attempt at a beach hut look. Bed very comfortable, floor painted, no carpet, the room is decorated in grey, white and a (feature?) wall in orange. One clothes rack, no drawers The bathroom floor needed regrouting and so it harboured dust, which got onto the towels. The toilet had a stylised monster motif at the front looking up at you and the sound of its cistern was similar to a 737 at take-off. The main doubt I would have about the Beach room, and possibly the others, is that the roll-top Victorian-style bath is not a shower, though it has a spray handpiece. It is also on a little dais of its own and therefore getting in and out can be tricky, what with the height and the slipperiness of the curved-bottom bath. It nearly legged me up getting in, and my wife just slipped back in 5 times after her bath. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone over 60 or unsteady on their feet.

Lovely rooms with unique style. Loved the deep bathtub. Perfect location and excellent breakfast over the road at affiliated cafe Twists.

Clean room near the beach ideal for restaurants and bars etc

Fabulous room. Sadly as it is an old building I could hear everything happening in the room above, this included a very heavy footed person. Bath is very luxurious. Great high quality tea and coffee but no decaf tea.

Loved our quirky individual room. So nice not to be part of a chain and anonymous hotel rooms.Breakfast could be had at cafe Twist opposite hotel. Very nice girl in said cafe showed us our room.

Everything was fine. Of course room doesn’t look like on the photo. Everything was quite old and used for many years. But everything was clean and we didn’t have any problems with the room

Made to feel really welcome and breakfast was really good .

Quirky

This was our second time staying at Ebenezer's Place and it won't be our last. Absolutely lovely B&B. The rooms are very unique. We loved the view from the window of the sea. Neal was amazing, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. He really made us feel welcome. Oh and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely 10/10. We'll be back again next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

To be honest it was very loud from the gig place from across the road (Saturday) but it calmed down & it was quiet for the rest of the stay in spir of the house's very central location (& lots of good music in town). I had an issue with the window & appreciated that the hotel owner responded & resolved the situation.The rooms are lovingly decorated & warm, and the bed was very comfy.

Nice location, nice room but the bed was too soft for our liking. Unfortunately the pub next door had a band and loud karaoke until very late then the dustmen went past about 4 times at 6 o'clock. A very disturbing night because of the surroundings.

Nice rooms. Ive stayed 3 times now. I had breakfast once and the quality as excellent. Broadstairs is a gem, so many nice places to eat and Ebenezers is in the heart of it.

Checking in was easy with a very pleasant and friendly young man. The room was different but in a good way.very comfortable bed. The room had all you needed. Nice rolltop bath and lots of hot water. There was quite a bit of noise from the street below.
