Check-in time is at 4pm. Staff comes in at that time. Breakfast starts at 8am. The staff that is there to check-in and provide service till 8pm was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are small as it seems to be geared for the skiers. Good location once you get there. Without a car directions are deceiving and the walk is long with trailing luggage. Try to get the bus from the train station which will take you up the mountain (it’s free). This bus can also take you to other near by towns (such as Chamonix).

Charming hotel in the heart of the village with walking distance to many restaurants. Ski bus stop around the corner. Breakfast is included. Staff is very friendly and polite.

Joli petit hôtel, petit problème au niveau de la réservation.bien faire attention aux photos,car la chambre proposée visuellement n était pas celle dans laquelle nous avons dormi.petit déjeuner ainsi que le service très agréable .

Séjour très agréable à St Gervais. Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre du village. Très bon accueil par la jeune gérante de l'hôtel, merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et son dynamisme, petit déjeuner top! Parking gratuit à 100m, accès rapides aux téléphériques et aux thermes via le nouvel ascenseur. Chambre confortable avec balcon fleuri. Plein de restaurants et de commerces autour.
