It’s a quiet little neighborhood. When the neighbors were out they were quite friendly. Very nice location, about 20-30 minute drive to Clearwater and all the fun shopping and attractions.

Just had a very nice stay here. Although I was visiting family, it is close to Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater. Had coffee and tea available, not always found in AirB&B. Also other amenities. Hosts went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great, the amount of beds were good for the amount of people that went, has beach stuff available to use, owner was a fast responder
