Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The food at the hotel restaurants were good also for breakfast and the rooftop for drinks.

This was an absolute perfect stay, room was excellent, view was great, staff were extra accommodating and helpful. Breakfast food was great. All around amazing stay!

We have had wonderful time there! It is very quiet and beautiful place.

Beautiful location! Just wish there was cellular service coverage In the rooms. Wifi is strong which is helpful. All people were kind and professional.

Hotel was lovely - they've made a lot of improvements since we were there last. A couple of things though - they had a live band when we arrived around 9pm, which normally would be nice but since the lobby/check in area and elevators were in the same area as the bar, and the music was really loud - our baby 7mo old ended up waking up when we arrived. Maybe the music would be better suited on the patio deck, versus the same area as check in for those looking for a quieter arrival. Additionally the pillows could be a little nicer, but overall we had a nice experience and were able to get our baby right back to bed when we got in the room.

Loved everything about this hotel! I am a super picky traveler. This place was awesome! It was super clean and very comfortable. The bedding was fluffy and fresh. Everyone was so friendly. It's a charming small town with great, reasonably-priced food nearby. The view was beautiful. The welcome cookies were delicious. It had everything and more that you could want in a hotel. We were traveling through the airport in Albany, and we are so happy that we found this place. We would love to return when we are in the area!

Beautiful property right on the River and friendly staff. Cool bar. Comfy bed. Only thing I didn’t like was a loud band playing in the adjacent venue that went in til after 10. Then it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean. Don't miss the Firehouse Bar and Che Figata restaurant, both within walking distance - super close.

Rooms were immaculate. Historical factory converted to hotel while keeping so much of the original brick & industrial beams throughout individual rooms and common areas. Walk along the riverside park to view the tug barges strolling the Hudson River. On-site breakfast was delicious.
