Wonderful in every way. The accommodation was tremendous, breakfast was great and the evening meal ways delicious. Hosts, Sue and Tony, were the perfect hosts. When it was time to leave, it felt like we were saying goodbye to friends although we had only known them 2 days.q

Sue and Tony were excellent hosts. Even had us for dinner one night. Great rain forest surroundings, magnificent pool for laps, and an escorted walk to the Endeavour River. Super comfortable room including bed. Well maintained. Short drive from town.

The attention to detail,also the great nature walk ,observing a crocodiles behaviour .

This property is out of town and that contributes to its appeal. It is the retreat it purports to be. It is quiet, tranquil and set in the most beautiful lush tropical gardens and with a beautiful pool. We enjoyed tropical rain which is a treat. The rooms are great, beautifully decorated with attention to detail like beautiful sheets and fresh flowers, and with lovely garden outlooks. Lovely hosts. We could move in! Karen and Brett

The host Sue welcomed us and quickly made us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay in a clean comfortable room, set in a idyllic location!

The owner Tony and Sue were very helpful . Beautiful garden !! Including breakfast yum yum !😋😋 Can order dinner 3 course meal , main , desert and coffee . $35 , fish or chicken were fresh ,big serve and tasty . Good deal !! We are from Sydney , will come again soon .

Sue & Tony were very hospitable and helpful in letting us know about things to see in the area. It is obvious they have put a lot of time and effort in getting the property to the standard it is. Breakfast was excellent. Having access to streaming services was an advantage. We had our own shower but were not aware we would be sharing a toilet with another room until we arrived. Other accommodation properties stipulate if an ensuite is included. Had I known at the time of booking we would have to share a toilet I wouldn't have booked. I assumed our room would have basic tea and coffee making facilities and a small bar fridge to keep our water cold but it didn't. There was a communal fridge (I recall) located on the other side of the homestead where we could put things in but we would have preferred a bar fridge in our room. This wasn't mentioned on the list of amenities so obviously was my fault for not noticing at the time of booking. Now we are aware of what retreats offer we will be more careful to book.

Tony and Sue were amazing hosts, fantastic breakfast with muffins to die for. The grounds and the rooms are beautifully set out and very comfortable.
