Very good hotel

Breakfast Options should be improved

B1 Hotel was very good. The room was clean, quiet, well furnished, modern looking with good quality materials, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and conveniently located. Liked high ceilings. The property itself had an updated modern, simple feel. The staff was responsive and welcoming. Good location, close to the The Mall. Overally very good, but not very memorable.

Hotel is close to the airport, the rooms are very spacious and modern. The only problem was that the AC was not working during our stay and we prefer a cooler room. Also the pillows need to be more solid.

My stay at B1 Hotel in Sofia was disappointing. The room was unbearably warm, and the air conditioning didn’t work—reception simply told me to open a window, but the hotel is in a noisy area, making sleep impossible. Thin walls and an adjoining room door meant I could hear every conversation next door. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the shower constantly dripped, and there was no lock on the door. While the decor was nice, the location was convenient, and the shower had good pressure, the lack of comfort and amenities made for a frustrating stay. Wouldn’t stay here again.

i found it suitable for a short journey, but based on the price it seems the facilities could be better.

Mooi nieuw modern hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamer was veel te warm. Airco werkt niet in de winter. Gehorig kamer, veel geluid van andere kamers te horen. Eenvoudige diner kaart.

Good hotel for an overnight stay between flights. very clean and spacious room.

The rooms look good. Allthough matrimonial bed was confirmed, they needed to put two single beds together when we arrived. Breakfast is Not bad except the coffee! They offer fully automatic machines with beans but sweetened powder-milk. Fresh milk on the buffet is cold. If you need warm they heat it up for you… how complicated! No free water in the room or water dispenser with reusable water like in other hotels. Minibar is pricy.

Chambre de bonne taille, agréable, mais ventilation non fonctionnelle ou que nous n'avons pas réussi a faire convenablement fonctionner, chaleur étouffante forcant à ouvrir la fenêtre qui donnait sur une autoroute donc bruyante. Dommage car chambre agréable. Soucis informatique initial à notre arrivée ne retrouvant pas de trace du paiement, mais heureusement personnel à l'écoute qui a pu gérer la situation.

I chose this hotel as it was fairly new. Arrived late in the evening due to late arrival of my flight. Parking in the underground car park was easy, however the signage from garage to lifts and entrance was slightly difficult (no signage). Easy check in. Room was really nice, took a little while to understand the thermostat in room. Good size room, amazing bathroom. Cant comment on the food as didnt eat there. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Nice and clean hotel, helpful and friendly staff, few min walking from the mall

空港から割合近く、客室は新しくてコンディションも良かったです。歩いていける距離にショッピングモールがあるので、スーパーで買い物もできました。

Conveniently close to the airport, and easy to find. Reception staff were friend and welcoming, even indulging our tourist driven curiosity by answering ALL of our questions.

Nice and friendly customer service. We made airport transfer but they did not have that arrangement, thus we took taxi to and from the airport
