Terrible, rube, late check in service

Très bel hôtel, bien situé près de l’aéroport avec système de navettes. Le petit déjeuner est moyen pour le prix mais le restaurant (midi/soir) est très bon et accessible.

Je rencontre des problèmes de facturation. Vous me devez de l'argent, ecart entre les montants perçus et ceux factures j'attends la régularisation.

Beware of the small print. I booked this property thinking that my family of 4 could all stay in one room. However, the staff informed me upon check-in that, since my daughters were 14 and 17, that we would have to have two rooms. I was not allowed to check-in unless I booked a second room. When we got upstairs, there were two queen-sized beds in the first room we booked. My girls stayed on the queen sofa bed and we stayed in the regular bed. We did not even open the second room we had to book. When checking out, I was not allowed to be refunded since a manager was not present. I will be working to get my money back. This policy is ridiculous. Note: the hotel is in walking distance to the airport. Again, fine print states you have to book the shuttle in advance...

The staff do not have adequate knowledge of what to communicate to guests when checking in. They assume you that you're well informed of their policies. Then ends up blaming guests for their own Mistakes. They claim to provide courtesy bottle of water for our room type. However, they only provided a bottle of water that could not fill up a standard glass. I will not be staying again or recommend.

I enjoyed my day at this hotel, the room was a suite really comfortable and spacious.

Ideal for our stopover after my arrival back in France. The hotel is still very new and clean. The staff were very nice. The restaurant offered a good choice of food and wine. If travelling this way again I would not hesitate to stay at the Mercure.

Restaurant closed, breakfast disgusting. Rotten orange juice. Not well informed about the check out procedure with parking. And not the hotels fault but our uber eats got stolen.

Good bed, spacious room. But no navette to airport until 1 hr after my arrival, and non in the early morning either.

Great hotel, immaculate and very friendly, helpful staff. Ideal stopover before a flight.

Chambres refaites plutôt correctes, decoration moderne. Bar OK, en revanche la qualité des produits du petit déjeuner et les choix reste en dessous de se qu’on peut espérer pour un 4 étoiles
