The Hotel is cute hotel and conveniently located in the heart of Rouen. The staff was very friendly. The room nice and cozy. Located close to restaurants/shops/bars/Christmas markets/train station. Will Definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel. Beautfully furnished, lobby and bedroom. Good sized room, lovely bedding and a view. Very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

O quarto é minúsculo, portanto não tem conforto para quem viaja com malas e com criança. Ficamos no quarto andar, onde o elevador não chega e não existe qualquer auxílio para carregar a bagagem, até porque só há uma pessoa na recepção. No banheiro, não há como tomar banho de pé, pois a banheira fica na caída do telhado! Terrível, ainda mais sendo aqueles sabonetes líquidos. Aliás, o mesmo sabonete também é xampu, o que é terrível principalmente para os cabelos das mulheres. Não tem estacionamento, há necessidade de deixar o carro num estacionamento público, pago, próximo ao hotel. O café da manhã é apenas razoável, não tem opção de frutas. Ao fim, não vejo muitos motivos para ter uma avaliação tão alta, o que tinha me motivado a fazer a reserva.

Great little boutique style hotel within easy walking distance of everything Rouen has to offer. Hotel was very nice and well-presented and maintained. Rooms were very good if a little on the small side (normal for France). Bed was very comfortable and quiet, even though we were adjacent to the street. Continental breakfast on offer had a broad selection of foods. On the downside our room was generally not made up until at least 4pm which was a little frustrating. Staff were excellent.

There were zero amenities. It was noisy outside. A very basic hotel. Location was good

Me gusto todo, excepto el tamaño de la habitación; es el estándar de Europa; llevábamos 5 hoteles antes en otros lugares con mayor espacio; pero aun así es funcional para dos personas; no nos quejamos y el hotel esta cómodo para llegar, dormir cómodo, despertar con cafe y algunos aperitivos de desayuno. El trato muy bueno; se guarda un poco de humedad en los pasillos, podrían trabajar en ello. La localización increíble a lado del Sena.

Très bruyant

Room ridiculously small. Cleaning staff regularly blocked the very small lift with large bundles of used towels and bedding. Good parking at Opera nearby.

Gutes Restaurant, aber es kann nachts sehr laut werden. Auch das Getränke und Essen nicht auf dem Zimmer gestattet sind, finde ich nicht ok. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, deswegen war es ok - trotzdem komisch das nur per Zettel im Hotel zu kommentieren.

Great location in centre of city with good rooms, modern bathrooms, air con and superb breakfast

The hôtel was nicely decorated. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bathroom was really cramped. My tall husband could barely shower in it and there was zero counter space
