Staff was amazing at check in. Close to everything I needed

The food in Palmers was very good. Rooms were clean, well laid out and quiet. All in all, great value for the money. All the staff were very friendly and efficient.

Beds were super comfy and it was very quiet in the rooms. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and while I found the service in the restaurant very good the food was overpriced for what you got.

Clean, convenient, comfortable. The 3 C's.

This hotel is really nice. The suite was spacious and well laid out. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time very much.

The hotel needs hot tub. Weird it has a pool but no hot tub or suana.

Second time staying here. Love this hotel. We’ll stay here every time we are in Penticton. Palmers was really good too. Had a fantastic supper.

Overall good just n asked staff what my Bill is when i signed out and staff didnt tell me the bill so i left building a question in my head.

When you enter the lobby you are hit with a very strong scent. Similar to someone using too much perfume. It was so strong that we couldn't be in the lobby for long. Restaurant service was great. Food was good. Construction outside the hotel on Sunday morning woke us up, not the best experience.

The hotel was on their last week with their kitchen supplier/mgmt during the last week in October when we stayed there but the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our evening meals and gave us some amazing breakfasts. The service was excellent. The pool is the cleanest indoor pool I have been to. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. You can tell that the manager Addie cares about his guests and staff as he was making sure everything was in order for everyone even during the changes. 2 of his staff members commented on how much they enjoyed working there and for him. Looking forward to another stay there again in the future.
