Staff was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, the pool was nice.

Not great! We specifically sent an email followed by phone call to ensure the shuttle would pick us up from airport.IT DIDNT! We tried calling the hotel for 2 hours, had police call and taxi call, never answered. Had to book another hotel for the night. Got to Cube9 next day, no sorry, nothing. Said they misunderstood and no compensation. We were there 4 days NO HOT WATER! We commented and they were not surprised nor cared. Went for massages, I left my ring in the room by accident, went back 1/2 hour later and it was gone. Again no accountability. Stayed for new years, booked there special bbq. Food arrived precooked and cold. Another big family anrrived and all staff were entertaining them. We were ignored. All other guests were Korean. We felt not welcome. We are from Canada. Oh yes, and the mouse running around the dining room. Sewer smell from the pool. Could be a cute boutique hotel, but isn’t. We were disappointed.

ホテル自体は悪くないが、メイン通りからかなり奥まり、野犬も多く暗く舗装もしてない道が怖かった。 プールやアクティビティは楽しかったです。

Difficult to go out from the resort but overall its a good place to stay if youre planning to stay there all day.

Clean, beautifil, amazing view. Our swim up room was wonderful!

My only other point of reference was the costabella in the area last year. I love the pool outside of my room and the beauty of the the bay or shallow ocean outside. I’d probably buy some plastic jacks which are more comfortable to sit in. The restaurant food was great and the juices were great and the pool was nice. I liked it a bit better than costabella the year before

A couple of little things people should be aware of: - access to the resort is via an old dirt road, not ideal to walk on especially at night. They have a service to drive you out (but not back) - the bed had plastic on the hard mattress (very noisy & not nice to sleep on) Overall it is a Beautiful resort. The room was very palatial & luxurious and staff super friendly & helpful. The pool is fantastic & heated. So happy they are very Gay friendly too!

Fantastic stay at Cube 9. It was a treat to have a hotel that actually cared about the comfort and quality of their guests stay after being constantly let down in the Philippines. The manager was very friendly and professional. The front desk staff were great and always on hand to help sort out rides or give information. The service staff were great and very through. And the food! Amazing. Would definitely stay here again next time I come to Cebu.

Das Hotel wird von Koreanern betrieben und das merkt man auch. Selbst der Fernseher ist nicht bedienbar, da alle Informationen nur auf koreanisch wiedergegeben werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet aber die guten Zimmer bekommen nur die Koreaner Europäer müssen sich hinten anstellen. Der Pool bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Für Europäer würde ich dieses Hotel jedoch nicht empfehlen.

Everything was great except it was difficult to open the door from both sides, whether you are in and out of the room. Also very important for management to warn people about the balcony door because the door autolocks when you walk out to the balcony. My disable husband and I git locked out whle we were watching the fireworks from the balcony on New Year's Eve. I had my phone as I was taking photos vut there was no signal out in the balcony so I couldn't make a phonecall. Luckily, my sister's call came through so I asked her to call for help at the front desk, after an hour of being locked outside in the balcony and all the msquities were feasting on us. Please do something with you balcony and room entry/exit doors. The food was generally pricey but good although more on Korean dishes and 95% food on the menu were very spicy. American breakfast was the same everyday, quite flat and boring. The place was great as far as location and beatiful sea view and breathing sea air was very relaxing and therapeutic. I have to commend the entire staff though. Eveyone was helpful, friendly, hardworking and respectful, from the reception area, to housekeeping, the restaurant and all around. We would definitely come back if the door and food issues are addressed. Thank you for giving us a chance to provide feedback and hopefully be heard.

I love this place. It’s very secluded but staff are very accommodating. Has good restaurants nearby.
