Clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Parking was free and good enough. Need to contact staff when the main parking lot was full though. Buffer dinner and breakfast were excellent. But during golden week, there were a lot of guests and a bit crowded. The attractions were excellent but sparse and so the area was better to visit with your own car. During golden week, dinner and breakfast were not optional and that costed more than other period.

お風呂が綺麗でした。嬉野温泉駅からのアクセスが便利が悪かった。

The room was spacious, clean, and well-organized. I loved that the bathroom was separated into sections with a room for the toilet, a center space for the sink and towel racks, and a room for the shower and bath. Parking was easy and included.

온천 시설이 좋았습니다.

Chambre propre et assez spacieuse. Les équipements sont un peu vieux. Le onsen est super. Les employés vraiment gentils et serviables. Pas beaucoup ne parle anglais. La ville est vraiment morte. Il n’y a rien à faire.

가족여행으로 2번째 방문한 우레시노 여행이였습니다. 8층 객실은 저희 가족의 기대를 넘는 훌륭한 룸 컨디션이였습니다. 다음에도 기회가 된다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다

깨끗하고 넓은 객실, 맛있는 조식, 대욕장도 너무 좋고 무엇보다 직원분들 너무 친절하셔서 자주 가는 곳입니다.

チェックイン時にご対応頂いた御二方のご対応がとてもよかった。 近場でオススメ頂いた夕食も最高に美味しく、今回の旅行の中で1番美味しく、記憶に残る食事となりました。 また翌日のスケジュールを、お伝えしたところ海沿いの道をオススメして下さりとても素敵なドライブができました。

객실은 넓으나 욕실이 너무 오래된것 같아요. 가격대비 가성비가 떨어지는것 같습니다.
