We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

There’s a few things I’d like to share about this property. It’s absolutely beautiful. The food is not 5 star, but it’s delicious with many options. We never felt hungry while we were here. Pools are lovely, lots of options for seating. Many activities to participate in if you so choose. The minuses for us: Our room was an ocean view, gorgeous. However every night from 9-11 there loud music being played. Ear plugs almost do the trick but not quite. Therefore, if you go to be early ask for a room where you won’t hear much noise. One of our windows would not shut all the way and our slide doors wouldn’t lock. Thankfully we were in the 3rd floor. We love coffee! the machine in the room was terrible and we couldn’t get the buffet coffee until 730. Only sugar in the room, no milk or any type of creamer. People were very friendly even if they couldn’t speak English! We originally thought we were going to a quieter part of the island, however it was not quiet. Overall, nice stay.

It was a nice place to relax

A lovely, quiet resort. No bars open past 11pm! Pools are gorgeous and very clean. The staff in general are not very engaging, not UNfriendly, but not exactly friendly either. I would say the staff need more hospitality training, especially in the specialty restaurants. Would also be helpful if the staff spoke a little bit of English. Their English was even more limited than my Spanish. There is zero nightlife after 11pm. The included alcohol isn't very good. I could only drink the gin and tonic. And the top shelf booze is too expensive. We bought a bottle of good rum at the local store for way less. We didn’t have any hot water until the last day. Not a major deal but…. Would be nice lol.

There was a problem with bugs in the room. I would wake up with big welts on my arms only because the rest of me was covered with a blanket.

This resort was great. The staff was super friendly and outgoing. They did speak little English but they try to communicate. Use the translate app it was a help. The AC broke night one and the Internet broke night 2 but overall it was great.

Staff were absolutely amazing!!! Made our stay extremely enjoyable!

Hotel in general 10/10 Buffet 7/10, should be better

Este hotel no se los recomiendo, es una porquería nada sirve, un menú sumamente pequeño y ninguna variedad de comida allí, solo ensaladas y frutas y eso lo como yo en mi casa, no intenten ir a este hotel si van a unas vacaciones!! La oficina principal nunca respondió a mis mensajes y perdí mi dinero en ese hotel por estupideces y ridiculez de ellos!! NO BAYAN A ESTE HOTELLLLL NO SIRVEEEEEEE..

This place was amazing. The food was good. The service was great. The pools were amazing.

Loved the view from our sea view suite, while not a luxury resort and average food and drinks, all in all had good time and it was a good value for the price.

I definitely enjoyed my stay

We absolutely loved our time here. Our biggest complaint was that on our last day, someone showed up with two rowdy young boys (kids) and let them swim in the pool. This is supposed to be an adults only resort, which is one of the main reasons we chose this resort, so it was highly annoying to see some noisy and rambunctious little kids there. Thankfully it was only an hour that we saw them, but still unacceptable for somewhere advertised as adults-only. I would expect to see no children at an adults only resort.

The stay was so very peaceful and calm.. it was the best relaxation I had in a long time……

We were celebrating our anniversary and had a blast. However, it’s a quiet resort, no loud music. If you looking to party this is not it.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the pools are fantastic, and the sunsets from the property are absolutely breathtaking—some of the best we’ve seen on our travels. The entertainment options were enjoyable and varied, which added to the overall vibe of the place. The staff were generally polite, smiling, and welcoming. However, the hotel falls short of a true 4-star experience. One major issue we encountered was with my wife’s vegetarian dietary requirements. On the first day, we informed the reception, and they noted it against our room number, but that was the extent of their effort. On multiple occasions, there were hardly any vegetarian options at dinner- fries, grilled tomatoes, and boiled carrots do not qualify as a proper meal, especially at £200+ per night. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like we were begging for suitable food every evening. Another drawback was the language barrier. Very few staff members spoke English, which made communication challenging at times. Overall, while the setting and some aspects of the hotel were great, the lack of attention to dietary needs and the language difficulties left us disappointed. This hotel has potential but needs to improve to truly justify its price and star rating.
