No breakfast provided though I had paid for it. The hotel is still under construction, lots of noise during day time work. No lift service and my room was at third floor. For construction they had disabled lift. Toilet was nasty. No toiletries. Please refund my breakfast charges

There were small cockroaches in the room. Other things are good
