A very good choice for anyone staying in krakow, very clean and comfortable hotel

The door to the hotel is so unassuming that i thought i had come to the wrong place when arriving there. Hotel is new and very clean. Our room was a bit unusual as it only had a very little window on the wall, but it did have two skyline windows so we did have a lot of light in the room. I chose standard room since it said to have more room than superior room which i thought was odd, but the room was very nice and clean. not very spacious, but enough to move around. Cleaning came every day even though it was said to come every second day. Breakfast room was situated in the basement floor. It wasn't that big, but i had no problem finding a free table every morning. The space was divided into four different rooms.I wouldn't say it was among the best breakfast i've encountered, but decent and especially the desserts had really great selections. The breakfast selections changed a little every morning. There are shops and restaurants just a minute walk from hotel so even after a long day of walking it was easy to go eat. The river and Wawel castle and cathedral are just a couple of minutes away and the old town starts from just a few minute walk away. Tram stop is just a couple of minutes from hotel. Despite my initial doubts i highly recommend this hotel. Pasi

Nice hotel in quite area close to old town. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Et utrolig flott hotell med perfekt beliggenhet og gåavstand til gamlebyen. Ble møtt av hyggelig personal. Store gode ekslusive rom, i vårt tilfelle to etasjer og boblebad i stuen. Barna storkoste seg. God air-condition. Fikk ikke benyttet oss av frokosten dessverre. Ligger et stort bra p-hus like bortenfor med gode parkeringsplasser, men koster en del. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Atendimento excelente. Equipe da recepção muito proativa. Cordial. Café da manhã excelente. Quartos amplos e muito confortáveis. Localização excelente. Perto de maior parte das atividades.

Hyggeligt hotel. Dejligt værelse. Pænt og velholdt. Gåafstand - ca. 5 minutter - til centrum (den gamle by. Få minutters gang til nærmeste sporvogn.

Lækre værelser. Vi boede i lejlighed på 4. sal med udsigt til Wawel slottet. Lækker morgenmad!

Detta var ett väldigt fint hotell, god och fin frukost och trevlig personal.

Vi hadde deluxe leilighet for en helg, og den var fantastisk; bad med toalett tilknyttet stua der barnet sov, og toalett tilknyttet soverommet vårt, som også inneholdt badekar. Det var stor plass i leiligheten, med lite kjøkken og veranda. Temperatur og lys kunne styres i hvert rom slik man ønsket. Det er likevel noe negativt: Sovesofaen var ikke god å sove på, det trekker ned for komfort. Badekaret var ikke helt tett, så det rant vann på gulvet da vi brukte det, selv om vi passet på å ikke skvulpe over kanten. Frokosten var veldig god, de har meny hvor man kan bestille det man ønsker i tillegg til buffet. Alle ansatte man møtte, var høflige. Stort pluss for vanndispenser med iskaldt vann, med og uten kullsyre, i lobbyen! Beliggenheten var cirka 5 minutters gange til gamlebyen, og man følte aldri at det var langt å gå tilbake til hotellet. Flere små restauranter/kafeer/Zabka i nærheten av hotellet, i et stille og rolig område. Jeg tok meg selv i å tenke flere ganger at jeg var veldig glad for å ha valgt dette hotellet.

Great location and very modern and updated!

The room was beautiful with a surprise concealed bed feature. At first we thought we only had a living room area, but then there was a button which brought a bed down from the ceiling, incredible. Everything was clean and beautiful. A lovely stay!

Vietimme mieheni kanssa 4 yötä täällä. Hieno sisustus, siisteys ja hiljaisuus plussaa +++ Ilmainen sauna todella hyvä! Aamupala henkilökunta hieman totinen, muutamaa poikkeusta lukuunottamatta. Ihania pieniä itse tehtyjä aamupala syötäviä. Lähellä kulman takana kahvila, kauppa ja pieniä ruokapaikkoja. Lisäksi pienen kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta, Veiksel joki, linna ja vanha kaupunki. Kaiken kaikkiaan todella hyvä hotelli!!

Really enjoyed this place. It's not easy to get to by taxi, since it is at the end of a long one-way street--but that means it's quiet and has a rather "hidden gem" vibe. It's easy to get to by walking, by the way. An easy walk to the Central Square and all the desired sites, and very close to the castle (whose name escapes me at present). No refrigerator in my room, but the staff were ready and willing to help me refrigerate some medicine for me. Personally, I didn't love the breakfast offerings (though the coffee was quite good). I did not try the option of asking them to cook something for me.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Great breakfast and service.
