Rating & Review Keseluruhan Limaq Hotel

We stayed here for one night because it is close to Lima airport for our next day flight to Cusco. The hotel staff is super nice and the room is very clean. The bed is firm, perfect for me.

The staff are very helpful, good breakfast, near the airport.

Check in was good and quick, service from the front desk was good. Although clean and tidy on the surface, we found someones tablet(medication) on the floor by the bed.

The biggest problem I had with my stay is that I spent at least 2-3 hours trying to get help in several ways at the front desk but the employees seem to Try but that did not help me or anyone in my party at the time; To not have at least 1 English speaking employee is a major problem especially with a hotel that's considered an airport hotel for International Travelers. not to mention the closet safe didn't work, the portable AC Unit takes hours to take the temperature down 5 degrees last but certainly not least the get someone to help change the caption from Spanish to English..

Perfectly fine for the price and handy for the airport, but our room was very noisy. Staff were friendly, but we got chatged 3usd for a cup of teas we had in the room

The hotel was very clean and accomodating, but the surrounding area was not as nice. Breakfast had a good variety. The only problem we had was that check out took a long time - we had to wait for about 10-15 minutes while one of the staff members confirmed and secured our room.

It used to be a good place. Now everything is fine, but be careful because they charge you for everything! Even a tea bag! Fortunately they don't charge you for the use of towels. Only the attention of the guards is good! The hotel management is lousy in their decisions. I will never use this Place again!!

A good place to rest for a next day travel.

The hotel was very nice. I loved that there was a security guard who was at the door at all times. The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. The only weird thing is someone tried to come into my room in the morning. I had the door locked and the swing bar lock on. Someone with a key unlocked my door and put their hand in to try to unlock the swing bar lock. I believe it was housekeeping becuase they had a key but I'm not sure. The stay was fine and the hotel was in nice condition, but this left me feeling a little uneasy.

Se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto Jorge Chávez. Esa es la conveniencia del hotel. Algo de ruido por esa misma proximidad.

I didn’t stay this 2nd time. I tried to cancel but couldn't. There was no option to opt out so rated based on my previous stay.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The Room was clean and up to standard :)

LimaQ was the perfect place to stay before our flights. Exceptionally clean, quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were so lovely - really helpful with our bags etc. check in was really smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Fue una buena elección de escoger el hotel. La ubicación excelente para ir al aeropuerto. La recepción estupenda, por la gentileza de los trabajadores,tanto en la puerta, como los ayudantes de las maletas. Las recepcionistas estupendas con la información y el apoyo en los servicios que un turista necesita.
