Dit appartement is de perfecte uitvalbasis als u naar Barcelona wenst te gaan. Een bus voor de deur of 20min stappen naar het station. De zee & strand liggen juist om de hoek. Het appartement is beschreven zoals op de website, gezellig ingericht. Enkel jammer vonden wij dat de code aan de hoofdingang niet werkte, je kon de "hoofddeur" gewoon openen. Bij aankomst hadden we last van een mierenplaag in de keuken/ woonkamer, maar we hebben dit zelf opgelost (niet zo fijn). Doch is het appartement een aanrader qua prijs/ kwaliteit.

Auf den Fotos glaubte man eine Terrasse durekt am Meer zu haben ! Doch Fehlanzeige wir waren auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes untergebracht! Mit direktem Zugang auf die Straße! Gegenüber ein Nachtclub mit feiernden Partygästen die ganze Nacht! Schlafen Fehlanzeige! Kaltes Wasser für 4 Frauen mit einem Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen ! Duschen Fehlanzeige ! Die Fotos wurden sehr vorteilhaft prepariert !

The place was beautiful. Close to the beach and a quick hop to dozens of amaxing restaurants. And wow you can catch the L 96 1 block away and for 3 bucks can go all the way into Barcelona and 3 bucks back to almost your front door. It was truly an amazing place. The bad reviews here are not deserved, this place is beautiful. Our place had a beautiful deck overlooking the restaurants and night life and was so wonderful just to sit out there in the evening and smell the amazing food being cooked. The only thing I'm not happy with is the surprise of almost 2 hundred charge the day of check-in after paying for the full stay on the day I booked it. I tried to reach out to the owner to ask what this charge was for and to also ask how to change the air conditioner to on, because the heater kept coming on and we never got a reply so we litterally slept with the window open and it wasn't too bad. I definitely will stay again if I get reimbursed that over charge. But to tell you the truth this place was well worth the money, clean, modern and the location was so much nicer than I could have imagined. I would definitely recommend this place.

Le logement était très sale (morceaux de chocolat sur le sol, chips sur la table, huile d'olive sur les assiettes, sol collant, trace de chocolat sur les draps du lit bébé et présence de poussière un peu partout). Les équipements sont modernes et de bonnes qualités. Beaucoup de bruit dans le logement (malgré les fenêtres moderne et double vitrage, on entend tout dehors et on sent le froid quand on dort à côté). Il y a également un bruit de fond leger mais continue dû au système aérothermique. Le matelas est neuf et très épais mais très mou (une question de goût...) L'hôte est très réactif par message et cordial. La procédure d'arrivée est très simple et agréable.

Information that you see on Expedia is completely inaccurate, they continued to take money with no authorisations despite stating pay on arrival. Lack of communication to explain these charges. If you book please be aware that the cost you see on the listing is incorrect. Otherwise the accommodation was clean and ideal area with plenty restaurants within walking distance. Beach close but definitely no beach view.

Room was in the good condition but washrooms sink was plugged no draining quickly, stove was not working sent message but no response

Had a great stay at Balisse! The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed! Location was great too! Close to the beach, restaurants ans super markets.

Skittent teppe og hull i sovesofaen. Ellers så er det ikkje mye og klage på,kanskje at det ikkje var sitteplasser ute for røykere.Bra kjøkken,internett,kjøleskap med frys.Bra leilighet.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Aber wir konnten nicht die Klima steuerten (die Steuerung war gesperrt). Und mit dem heißen Wasser funktionierte ein Paar Tage nicht. Es gibt also in dem Appartement zwei Optionen: nur kaltes Wasser und keine Klimatisierung. Oder mit heißem Wasser und dabei die Klima will dich in der Nacht einfrieren. Alles andere ist sehr gut und die Appartement kontaktiert gerne und reagiert schnell.

It wasn’t clear from booking that there was no outdoor area (which was needed for drying beach gear on a week-long beach front holiday). The a/c wouldn’t work for several hours after a shower. There were 4 of us, including toddlers. Even rinsing sand off would mean at least 4 hours of no a/c. The room got up to 29 degrees regularly. Communicated this to hotel and was told a ticket was logged, but despite several follow ups from me, I received no further communication. On the day I reported it - I was also told to reset the fuse. I had to do this multiple times. On one occasion I saw a spark when turning power off at board. It was also not clear from booking that there would be no cleaning service during the stay and that all rubbish etc had to be removed before check out. With two toddlers, this mean this was a lot of work. The stay was very uncomfortable and hard work.

The apartment was really nice, decor was modern and seemed to have everything we needed so no faults there but at times it seemed there were issues with the ventilation where we were getting strong food smells. Also the Sofa bed wasn't ideal for our two children but they just about coped. It was very close to the beach which was beautiful and plenty of shops and places to eat for our needs. Only thing to bare in mind was our room was right on the street and on the first night which was Saturday evening it was difficult to sleep because of the noise from the bars and people filtering out but the rest of the days were fine.

The AC kept breaking making sleeping very difficult with kids. No instruction was given on how to operate electric blinds, washer. No one came to clean, I was cleaning myself which is not what I came to do and no extra towels only 4 given, if you want more it’s $20. By far the worst was the AC problem every night.

The property itself was nice and cozy. The host o the other hand were HORRIBLE. I was robbed the night I arrived in the apartment. I was asleep and intruders were able to come into the apartment that uses a code. The host showed no remotes. They changed the code and said that is all they could do. I was traumatized to think 4 men in hoddies came in according to the cameras. I left tge following morning. I paid for 5 nights and I was not refunded a dollar. I would MOST DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this place. It’s is very unsafe.

We had a broken AC . But management tried to fix it for 2 days . They compensated us to check out late on the next day

Property was ok communication wasn’t the best

Tolle Lage, wenn man sich für Strandurlaub entscheiden möchte und ab und zu in die Stadt möchte. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Apartment und in die Stadt und zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet und modern. In der Küche war fast alles vorhanden (uns hat jedoch ein Pfannenwender und Sparschäler gefehlt, aber man kann nicht alles haben). Für Großeinkäufe fährt man besser zum Supermarkt Carrefour (1,9 km), da die Supermärke in der Nähe des Apartments stark überteuert sind. Was uns gestört hat war, dass ausnahmslos jede Nacht der Feueralarm auslöste und man dann erstmal für längere Zeit draußen stand. Es war weder jemand telefonisch erreichbar, noch hat uns jemand über den Stand der Dinge informiert. Ganz wurde der Alarm die letzte Nacht nicht ausgeschaltet, so dass es die ganze Nacht Piepte. Wir hatten trotzdem eine tolle Zeit.
