It wasn't my expectation i was completely deceive

You get what you pay for and worse. The room feels like the heaters are cranked all the way up in the summer :)

I felt this was good value and was pleased with my stay.

We were surprised that the room was actually a student dorm, which was not very clear to us. It was very clean and safe. Staff was attentive to our needs, and the location was very very good. Parking was not free and was a bit far and inconvenient, but anybody without a handicap or that doesn’t mind a walk would have no problem with it

It is a terrible place, dirty uncomfortable , very small things falling apart. Could not stay had to find an other place at night.

Louer une chambre avec un lit double et se retrouver avec le matelas d’un lit simple accolé à un morceau de matelas bancale… pire nuit de ma vie ! A fuir !

The reception was extremely rude, the room were not as advertised and they refused to do anything about it or even acknowledge our complaints. We called Expedia to get a relocation and the hotel refused to pick up calls from Expedia to confirm the complaints. The lobby had a disgusting smell, there were scuff marks on the walls, no ventilation of air in the rooms, bathrooms were not clean. My experience was terrible and even Expedia’s team did not do anything about helping us with this, we were forced to live there because there were no other options Expedia could give us

The bed was new and very comfortable . The small kitchen came in handy but the property and the room were dirty and the staff a bit confused . There is no wifi in the building as was advertised . Overall it was ok but I would definitely not book it again .

Je recommande la location d’un studio. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Il y avait un ventilateur au plafond et 2 ventilateurs portatifs pour compenser l’absence de climatisation. Abordable considérant la localisation.

Terrible front desk service. Way too expense for what you get. Uncomfortable. Noisy area with no ac so you get to listen to scream matches outside at 4am or drag racing. Never again.

Personnel nonchalant. Malpropreté généralisée jamais vu dans un hébergement. Cuisinette sale, vaisselle sale, chaudrons sales, serviettes sales, cheveux partout sur les comptoirs, les meubles, les murs et la douche. Pas de lavette ni de savon à vaisselle. Même pas de papier de toilette… Aucun cintre dans la penderie. Une petite fenêtre qui s’ouvre à peine et pas de climatisation. Odeurs infectes émanant des corridors. Stationnement difficile d’accès non accessible de l’édifice de l’hébergement. À 150$ la nuit c’est du vol et de la fausse représentation concernant la cuisinette supposément équipée. On a beaucoup mieux pour beaucoup moins cher dans les auberges de jeunesse.

Aucun moyen de rejoindre la réception de l’hébergement par téléphone , aucune réponse et la boîte de messagerie est pleine . Depuis vendredi le 9 août que j’essai de rejoindre la réception pour annuler la réservation sans frais ( je pouvais annuler sans frais jusqu’au 9 ) aucune réponse samedi et dimanche . Je souhaite ne pas être obligé de payer

Suis arrivée vendredi suis arrivée heure ils ont disnous sommes coucher le demain matin avaient des fourmis dans lit, 2 eme chambre étaient dans la salle de bain juste informer pour les gens

No AC so you have to leave your window open on a warm night on a very busy street. But it was comfy and close to lots of entertainment and restaurants!
